They will tell you honestly, in layman's terms, what is wrong with your car, why it needs to be fixed (and the repercussions if it's not), and breakdown the cost. They won't pressure you and try to add on "oh yeah, this doohickey gizmo also needs to be replaced at a cost of $2000". If there's something that can wait/isn't urgent they'll let you know that too. Literally, everyone there is super nice and friendly. From Cassie and Caroline at the front office, to the service staff I've met, Dave himself and even Glen who gave me a ride home. Date: 7/15/2026…read more Repair Performed Front Strut Replacement 2-Wheel Alignment Vehicle 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Issues After Service Sway bar link was not properly secured Steering wheel was off-center Vehicle was pulling to the right I followed up with the shop several days after the repair because the vehicle was still pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off-center. The mechanic confirmed both issues. I was told that the front tires were causing the problem and that the tires were flipped. After this was done, I was told the vehicle was now pulling to the left. I then took the vehicle to Sam's Club to have the tires balanced and rotated and to verify that there was not an issue with the tires. I was reassured that the tires were in good condition and properly balanced. Despite this, the vehicle continued to pull to the right. We were leaving for a trip to Florida in two days, so I took the vehicle to CheckNash to have the alignment and suspension checked before making the 12-hour drive. According to the alignment report from CheckNash, the front toe was significantly out of specification. The amount of misalignment was severe enough that it could have caused premature and uneven wear to the front tires, in addition to making for an unsafe and extremely uncomfortable 12-hour drive with the vehicle constantly pulling to one side. I followed up with QuickAlign regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I was only offered an apology and was not offered a refund or any compensation for the time spent returning to the shop, having the issue rechecked, and ultimately having to pay another shop to properly diagnose and correct the problem. I have used this shop in the past for work that I am unable to complete myself. However, after this experience, I will be looking for a new repair and maintenance shop. I expect repairs to be completed correctly the first time, especially when it involves steering, suspension, and wheel alignment.

I like the set up he has at his place, complete with a garage in the back of the property where he works on cars. He helped fix several issues with my mom's van and gave me a hand with installing a backup camera on my super old Honda accord. He's very easy to talk to! I definitely would trust him to do major mechanical work on my car if it needed it. The prices he charges seem pretty standard for mechanic work; it's always expensive but doesn't seem worse than standard/commercial places.
