It's easy and fast so I thought I should share my experiences for others. Ok Quest definitely worth using. Saw them at my neighbors and called the tech over. All the rain is stirring up the ants. Once they come inside its a problem for me. Tech took a look around, made some suggestions, and was able to take care of my ants on the spot. He's coming back in 10 days to do a follow up. Professional company. Fair prices. Good guys. Gave them 5 stars the tech really took his time and explained what he was doing and why. They are into less chemicals in homes. Really like that!

Wow, I typically don't ever write reviews but thought the service I received from Catseye was more…read morethan deserving of a pat on the back. I have been a long time customer of one of the bigger named pest control company in Naples until I just had enough of calling them and calling them to take care of the bee problem I had at my house. After the third call into my original pest company, I "strongly encouraged" they get to the cause of the problem instead of just spraying around the perimeter. It was like pulling teeth to finally get the guy to go up into my attic and look around. He said he sprayed the attic and the problem will be fixed. The bee problem went away for a couple days until my 1 year old son got stung on his forehead. I saw an commercial for Catseye and thought it was worth a change. The FIRST visit they were very hands on and explained the process while I was in the kitchen. After 15 minutes they located the source of the problem; a 25 pound honeycomb / bees nest in the over hang of my roof. THAT SAME DAY, they had another truck pull up and a guy in a bee suit jumped out with a big box to transport the bees. I appreciated their explanation of why they don't like to kill the bees, they prefer to suck them out via a suction hose to ensure they get the queen bees and all the other bees will follow and then they deposit the bees in a local orchard. They removed all the honeycomb, honey and bees, put the roof back together and even hosed down and cleaned up an area of my roof that I would never lay my eyes on (nor did my previous pest company!) Thank you from a concerned parent. The whole team was great and made things much easier on me. They further went on to inspect my whole house and close up any potential gaps (not with just foam which my previous company would use) but their own material that is warrantied for life. I didn't hesitate to sign up for their annual agreement and couldn't be happier. I have received several follow up phone calls from Sara to make sure the problem is solved and indeed they have!! We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.
