We recently purchased a new home in Enbrook Loop, Naples. Being from New England we had no clue what company to use for pest control. Florida has a lot of pests we are not used to in Boston. Our Technician, Brandin Vice, was amazingly informative about every bug you can imagine.....weirdly so.....but you want somebody who knows their insects and Brandin certainly does....lol. He did a very thorough job and installed termite bait traps as well. We asked him to come back because there were some bugs inside our screened lanai. He did so immediately and without cost to me. Speechless! I am speechless. I had a visit from a technician to check out an ant problem. He asked to go in my garage attic crawlspace. He came down with terrible news. "You have rats." He proceeded to tell me it would cost $950 to remediate and $49 a month, ad infinitum. He tried to get me to sign a contract. I told him I wanted to have another opinion and he tried to get me to sign a contract with an addendum that he would match the competing company's price. I declined, but was still emailed the contracts. I had another company inspect the next day. There were no rats. I went up with the inspector myself. There was one old rat turd that was surely planted by the previous inspector, Randy Arias. How outrageous to look someone in the eye and lie right to their face for a buck! Arrived and noticed a small pile in the room. A local handy man came in, and wanted to "take care" of the area. He mentioned that he could spray the area, and that we would be fine.
