We were out of state military on our way and wanted our house clean when we arrived. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. (I'll spare readers the hair from the drain)

Patricia was very responsive when I reached out to her for a quote. She came for a quote at the said time and the price was reasonable. The cleaning ladies came a little late on the cleaning day, but it was not a big deal for me because I understand that cleaning doesn't always go as expected and got notified by Patricia beforehand. My house got cleaned by other cleaning company 2 weeks ago. They missed a lot of details. Dishes they did were not clean. I have a lot of stuffs on countertops and tables. All they did was just cleaning around the stuffs. On the other hand, the job Patricia's team performed is literally amazing! They brought a commercial vacuum and cleaned all the dog hair stuck in my carpet, comforters, blankets, and rugs. They moved and cleaned under all my stuffs. They cleaned all the caninets and drawers. They changed my linens and did the dishes. They followed all my requests. I cannot recommend Patiricia's cleaning company highly enough! Will definitely keep using their service regularly!

I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.

    If you don't want to read the whole thing, here's a summary: Great job in hard to clean areas, not…read moresuper impressive or professional, and I don't feel it was worth the money I spent.I have a 3 bedroom 1/2 bath townhouse. It's 2200 sq feet; and paid $480 for two people to work for 6-7 hours (ended up being 6 hours). So here's the story: I originally had a quote in December for $480.I cleaned, decluttered, and wiped down the tops of dressers.I had another walk through completed, because the initial quote was only good for 2 weeks and it had been a month since the original quote.The day of service, I had a walk through completed hoping that it would be less, because I had cleaned and it looked more organized - it was actually quoted as more! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.So after speaking with the Angie, she gave me a discount. The cleaners came in and started working.I had to leave for a meeting, but I was asked to look over what had already been done. Everything looked good except for the blinds. I opened a blind and dust came flying out.When approached about the dust, I was told "all the dust isn't going to come off at once" (which the manager also stated after I complained to her about it).I left, came home and found many things wrong (see attached list due to characters max, I attached and not listed). Other issues not on the list: -clean surface area (except for door frames) -beautiful job on cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, and in general good job of cleaning, dusting, and mopping. -both my and my guest bedroom beds made, which I asked them not to and I had dust and dirt when I uncovered the comforter. I feel like if you're going to make my bed, the least you could do was run the sheets out or wipe them down. They also took clothing that was on my bed, and put in my laundry basket (when it was not dirty). -They left trash liners in all trash cans, which they did not have liners originally because I like to conserve the environment and try not to use plastic unless needed -the pillows on my couches were cleaned, and put back incorrectly. -I asked them to get off one sticker on the floor in the living room and 2 in the basement, only one was removed. Michelle said it would be no problem. -trash bags were left out on my patio. Which 1) is not where you found the trash bag I had already started; and 2) I probably wouldn't have seen for months. I was told the reason they were out on the patio was "because they were was no outdoor trash can to throw them in". To which I asked, don't you take them and throw them in a dumpster? And I was told no, they don't do that. She told me she doesn't take out the trash, she just bags it and puts in an outdoor can, but since I didn't have an outdoor can - she put it on my patio. -my ceiling fans are still dusty (noticed after asked them to come back) -In addition the above, my lights were left on and my TV was unplugged. Little things like trashcans, nick knacks, items that were on my bed, and others were not placed back where they were found. I e-mailed the Angie because it was 830pm and asked her to call me tomorrow.She insisted we talk today, so at 9pm I had a conversation about my grievances.She professionally handled the situation and had the ladies come out the next day and complete my grievances at no additional charge.The ladies came back and were defensive and abrasive with me.The Angie asked me to write down a list for the ladies to use as a checklist.Michelle told me "she didn't know nothing about a list.Angie never said anything about a list, she told me to redo the blinds, the bathroom, the stickers, the door frames - if she wanted me to do something else, she can call me."So I called Angie and told her, Michelle came up later and asked what else needed to be done. She asked me to look at the job she did mumbling something under her breath like "this is why I don't like leaving jobs before people get to look at it".I looked and everything was completed.I walked through the house, I asked her a question about some residue to which she stated "I'm going to have to have Angie come out cuz I dusted that area twice now and there's still problems".Out of all the doors in my home, one still needed to be dusted. I ran my fingers and dust came flying down.Michelle responded "I don't where this dust is coming from. I cleaned it". According to Angie and these reviews on Yelp! these kind of concerns don't happen frequently, so I'm not sure what happened, but honestly I feel like if I had the time and effort to clean I could have done this job. But I don't! Which is why I hired someone! In addition, I was told that before and after pictures of my house were taken I asked for the before and after pictures that were told were taken. Angie told me that Michelle deleted them and they were only sent to her. Somehow I can't get them? She stated that there's a waiver I would need to sign before they used the pictures.

These ladies stepped in without hesitation and cleaned my entire home from top to bottom until every corner of my home was sparkling clean. I was super impressed with Angela's personality, professionalism, fair pricing, knowledge and attention to detail. I can literally eat off of the floor of my home if I wanted to. Her crew members are not only friendly, but very accommodating to any request that I had, which is much appreciated. They organized my fridge, cleaned the oven, and even took care of the dishes without flinching! The products that she used smell amazing! It feels like we are in a brand new home. I can now begin to make renovations to my home confidently. I am so glad that I decided to give Stellar Cleaning a try. We plan on having Angie and her ladies come back on a monthly basis for housekeeping and maintenance even after we make renovations.
