He patiently answered all of my questions and provided a ton of information about the how the program works, the structure of classes, memberships, etc. I was ready to sign my son up for a 3-month membership, thinking it would be a great opportunity for him to improve. But surprisingly, he wasn't into it. He expressed concerns about the allotted time available for actual shooting and said he prefers a regular gym where he's not limited to 30 minutes per day. While I respect my son's decision and won't force him to attend Shoot 360, I believe anyone serious about basketball would greatly benefit from the resources and expertise available at this facility. Instead of doing month-by-month subscription, you pay for number of sessions upfront. We started our kid with a a single session to see how he liked it and then he bought more sessions in bulk (we initially bought for 10 sessions but our kid loved it so much we bought 16 more! The single session payment went towards the payment of the initial 10 sessions as well). We had a day where we weren't able to make it to our session and when we called Kids Robotic Academy they rescheduled us no problem for later that week! They get your child to build and program lego projects that they've set up. When it comes time for the end of the session, our kid will describe his project and talk about how his program works. I think not only the building and programming aspect is important learning for child at a young age but the communication skills as well! I can't recommend Kids Robotic Academy enough to others.

We have had our daughter at Goddard for a year and have loved it since the beginning. They are…read moregreat with communication and have an outstanding curriculum. Since they use Tadpoles, we get a daily report each day about what they have done and everyday get at least one (but usually more) picture of her involved in an activity. They are responsive by email when I have questions and always available to parents onsite. We are so happy here that we moved to Spring Branch and still bring our little one here because we haven't found anything remotely close to what we have with Goddard. Our daughter is thriving, which is ultimately the most important thing for us. For reference, our daughter is now 3 1/2, she started in the Get Set room (2s) and is now in the Pre-K room for 3s. They offer Soccer Shots also, which is a plus to have an activity onsite where she is able to participate with her friends from school (and we don't have to pick up/drop off for another activity).

Ask for everything in writing, every report and every communication, do not let the teachers let you think a conversation in passing is a way for them to give you feedback on your child. Ask for specific observations on your child. Their app updates are all generic and they don't actually give you individual updates on your child ever. But ask for it, I assumed my child was doing well but don't assume anything with this school. Tread very very cautiously. Ask for any written reports they might have on your child. They made me believe my child was not normal. My child's doctor validated my beliefs that she was indeed perfectly fine. Additionally my daughter's class lost two good teachers in the span of 2 weeks with no explanation given to the parents. They have a systemic communication problem. Be ready for the fact that any challenge or negative feedback will lead to an immediate removal of your child on that same day with no chance to even look for other childcare options. My child went here for 3 years and they treated my family and I like strangers in a span of 48 hours. They made me feel threatened and intimidated, I had to explain to my crying child in the car why she couldn't say goodbye to all her friends, their actions made her feel she did something wrong. Absolutely heartbreaking. Don't ever consider sending your child here, your child is just a number to them. If you do make the decision to send your child to this Goddard look up their reports on the childcare.hhs.texas.gov and just do your due diligence.

When I entered the Rec for the first time as a freshman, I was a boy. Four years have passed, and…read morenow I am a man. How did I do it? Hard, hard work: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10k run. Every SINGLE DAY. When I became tired, I relied on the plentiful recreational equipment: table tennis tables, pool tables, basketball courts (indoors and outdoors), racquetball courts, and swimming pools. Inspired by Antonio Banderas, I also enrolled in LPAP dance classes and unleashed my sexy side. But I never stopped working out. NEVER. When my legs got tired, the Rec had hot showers and gym mats for stretching. Water fountains, vending machines, and even kombucha are readily available for recovery. In the summer months, the pools are a great reprieve. And as always, the equipment, towels, and facilities are squeaky clean. If you come to the Rec every day for four years, I guarantee you will see results. You may go bald. You may become a superhero. You might get your Nod bod. And you will certainly feel infinitely healthier than all the people couch potato-ing in their dorms.

Note- it's definitely the most busy here before mealtimes, and especially immediately before and after dinner. Try to come in the morning, early afternoon, or during mealtimes if you're like me and don't like people :)
