If you can get past all the tourists, this really is a beautiful building and pottery shop, with lots of absolutely gorgeous pottery, as well as other artwork, from artisans throughout the United States. The prices are quite reasonable, considering the quality of the goods as well as the location. If you visit one store in Cedarburg, I definitely recommend stopping here.

They should have a sign, upon entering, all purchases are final, no returns. Although owner was called, while I was in store, she resolved the issue later, after I posted my experience on local social media. I am thankful, and moving forward future customers will know this store is no returns, no exchanges. Make sure what you buy fits, and whomever you are buying a gift for won't need to exchange it!
