She has strong hands and uses her elbows to really work out the knots. It hurt, but it felt good with the release that came along with it. They offered to send me to another location instead of sending the other client there. I asked for an explanation on how their appointment took priority and they just continued repeating they were sorry but it would be cancelled. Requested to speak to a manager and they said one would not be available until the weekend but they would be canceling me in the meantime so they could book the other client in my time slot. Poor customer service and horrible experience. So much for paying their membership for years.
