They offered to send me to another location instead of sending the other client there. I asked for an explanation on how their appointment took priority and they just continued repeating they were sorry but it would be cancelled. Requested to speak to a manager and they said one would not be available until the weekend but they would be canceling me in the meantime so they could book the other client in my time slot. The office is tiny, and located on an odd street that seems to be mostly auto/industrial warehouses. Mind you, I am not one to judge on location alone, and had the inside swept me away no harm would have been done. When walking in, there is a front desk area, and directly to the left the area in which there is a bathroom and massage table. This is a one woman show, so I understand that the space is small and it really doesnt need to be too big. What disappointed me was the mess behind the front desk and the semi unprofessional dress of the masseuse (flipflops?). The place was not dirty, but was extremely untidy. Before the massage even started, I had my reservations. The temp after undressing was a bit cold, but probably my own fault for not asking for the temp to be raised. The one pro was that I feel she did do a nice job for the massage, and it lasted the whole hour. Perhaps I had higher expectations because of my past experiences and expected a more dark, alluring spa type treatment, but again, maybe that is what it is like in Omaha unless you are going to a spa or salon like Aveda. I will have to wait and find out. All in all, a work in progress and perhaps it will be better in the future, but i will not likely be back again.
