I was out walking my dog and walked past Just Rubbish cleaning out another house on my block. I had already scheduled with another junk company to clean out my duplex unit that was nearly full of large furniture and belongings left behind by a former tenant. I immediately received a reasonable quote based on a quick walk through of the space and how much room my items would take up in the dump truck. I decided to go ahead with this company and cancel the other. They showed up on time the following day with a crew of 3 that moved my belongings until we agreed to stop based on space used in the truck. It only took 2.5hrs and saved me a lot of time. Although one mishap, was a missing ladder that I believe was thrown away accidentally by one of the crew members that showed up after I said I did not want the NEW ladder discarded. Fantastic Service. Called them a week before and as requested, texted them photos of my Rubbish. Got a same day estimate. In my case, a full truck load is $1200. The price is dependent on how much of the bin is loaded by your Rubbish. They gave me an one hour window, and the truck showed up at the beginning of that time window. FYI, you need a vacant parking space of three car lengths in front of your house for the truck with the bin. The two guys were cooperative and professional and wasted no time in filling the bin in two hours. The truck with the bin was driven out right after with no time wasted. I would definitely use them again. FYI, you can either pay cash to the guys or through a credit card via phone to their office with your invoice sent to you via email. Everyone on site and in the office were professional, people oriented and are "All Business". No other Rubbish Removal service comes close to them. read more
