They have a good selection of salad options including Build your own. The soup I had was very good although the large was slightly smaller than I expected. The wraps are good also. Love Just Salad for a healthy, tasty lunch. They are super fast and efficient here, and everything is totally customizable, which I love. I usually get it to-go and eat what I can, then take the rest for a snack later, as it's too big to eat all at once. I've never had a bad experience! They also have warm bowls if you're not craving a cold lunch. I've ordered a few of their salads and have had a pleasant experience most of the time. The only time I didn't have a great experience was when I ordered on the mobile app. If you order on the mobile app, check your salad before leaving! I ordered a chicken poblano crunch and didn't check my order before I left. I got home and I had no chicken in my salad. The chat function on the app helped me find a solution. I absolutely love this place! There is so much more than just your standard salads, they also have smoothies and warm bowls. The salad/warm bowl combinations are amazingly crafted. Everything is really well seasoned on its own so together it's an explosion for the tastebuds. The service here is also great, as they really pride themselves in customizing the bowl perfectly to the customer's request. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Benjamin and the Caribbean Shrimp Bowl he made me was so tasty. Go to salad spot in brickell! Fairly priced and good ingredients. Last week I ordered two salads for pick up through the app and when I got home realized they had mixed up many of the toppings in the salads. I contacted their customer support and they refunded the whole order with credit to use within a week. Very pleased with their quick responses and service! I ordered two more salads this week and they were great. My only complaint is that both salads had medium amount of dressing selected but were more on the heavy side. Other than that the ingredients are fresh and the salads also come with a piece of focaccia bread. Will definitely be returning next time I want a salad! read more

It was time for my post workout meal and I craving a healthy bite, so I finally made my way, and tried out Just Salad. With lovely weather, I walked over and arrived to their brickell location -- the spot is nice and spacious. Filled with healthy choices, from salads (obviously) to bowls, wraps and other yummy snacks I was so excited to finally get a taste of these yummy and healthy choices. There were a bunch of delicious options and I opted for the Earth Bowl and added roasted chicken to it. The staff were so helpful and patient helping me make my decision -- and the choices were delish! Earth Bowl included; kale, beets, almonds, apples, sweet potato, quinoa, feta and with the chicken and balsamic vinaigrette it was just chefs kiss! I had to try the chocolate chip cookie because... that's my thing and it was surprisingly PERFECTION. Like underratedly gooooood. So fresh, and the texture was great. My favorite part of it all was that for 1.99 you get a to-go box and get then refill it for about $8. That's a steal these days if you ask me! And an eco friendly option is always a great choice too. I loved that idea, and think all fast casual restaurants should do something similar. Can't wait to make my way over... with my new Just Salad container of course! read more

Love Just Salad as a quick and easy option for healthy but fast food. It's normally fantastic - I have a been a few times where quality/portion sizes seem to be a little inconsistent... but 9 times out of 10 it's exactly what I expect each time. I've gotten something different every time which is (in my eyes) a good sign because I'm open to/curious about trying new things on the menu since most things I've tried have been great. My current favorite is the spicy chicken Caesar wrap ... I wasn't sure what made it spicy, but I believe they use poblano ranch which must help with the "spicy" labeling. I will say I added/subtracted things based on my taste (add: tomatoes, crispy onions... remove: croutons... substitute: Caesar dressing instead of poblano ranch.) Service is great. They're always nice, quick, and helpful! Quick in and out place that's very convenient. I've ordered online from here twice, both times there were several items missing, including ones I paid extra to add or avocado which is a key part of a salad. Also, the chicken both times was supposed to be their crispy chicken, and both times the chickens were different, neither of them crispy? What you do get is decent but it concerns me they simply just dont make the salad you order? Also one of mine had added croutons, I try not to eat gluten (nor did I order this) so .... I guess if I were to order again I would go in person and make sure they put in what you order and not what you dont. There was literally 2-3 very small pieces of protein/chicken (did not taste fresh) and a large bowl of iceberg lettuce.
