I have been going for 20 yrs. I always call my order. Today I called and emily or evelyn she said she was the manager. She was hesitant to take my order -she said she was in lunch rush.. after covid that place has not seen a "lunch" rush. She finally took my order . When I went to pick up my Tahi Tahi with roasted chicken. I saw no croutons or pita chips in salad. She was busy with a customer i was on my way out. I asked politely to the customer she was attending I motioned to him please excuse me. She proceeded to to again rush me and say it has garlic croutons without checking bad with salad herself and mentioned no pita chips that besides the point it could have been offered!!! I always order the 'My Way Salad' which is Giardino's 'create your own salad' menu item. My Way Salad: Wild Salmon combination detailed in the photo is amazing! I order the salad with their Ginger dressing, which is the most delicious dressing! Not too overwhelming with ginger, and slightly sweet, but overall delicious. 5 star salad overall. My Way Salad: Tropical Chicken combination detailed in the photo is my partners favorite! The creamy Cesar dressing is great! Tastes like your usual cesar dressing, but very fresh and wonderfully seasoned. 5 star salad overall. Their croutons are amazing! Giardino's is a fantastic salad and wrap spot that I have visited a few times. I have always loved my food. The salads are always fresh and made to order. There also are many Giardino originals on the menu.  The staff is very friendly and helpful. On this visit, I noticed that they cater. The staff member behind the counter gave me a quick overview and catering menu. Pricing seems consistent with similar places. I may use for my next small gathering (around 10-15 ppl). I have been coming to Giardinos for years whenever I am in the mood for a quick healthier option. They offer a great selection of salads and bowls. My favorite bowl is the Tuscan sun bowl because it's half salad half rice and has a great mix of flavors. I like it so much that whenever I want a salad I get the same ingredients but in a build your own salad. The veggie chips are also a delicious side. Recently I had a great experience at the Pinecrest location when Katrina helped me out with ordering from the menu. I'm the type of person that's always looking forward to the next meal. But my goal is not to look like my middle school self, which was unfortunately, pleasantly plump. So Giardino's Gourmet Salad is one of those excellent options. At this particular location, the staff is friendly, efficient and courteous. They greet you with a smile and it seems to me that customer service is a priority. I ordered "the gardener with quinoa" which comes with neatly sliced avocados, tomatoes, garbanzos, dried cranberries and olive vinaigrette. It was a tasty combination but my fatty self kept wondering if something was missing. Next time, I might add a protein and some garlic croutons. Their croutons are amazing and I love asking for extras because they are a bit frugal in that department. I also ordered the creamy, vegetable tomato soup that comes with these perfect sesame seed crackers (exactly two). Mmm, Mmm good, comfort food! My friend ordered a small "habanero salad" with includes romaine greens, garbanzo beans, plum tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, citrus cilantro vinaigrette and plantain chips. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH JOSSELYN I called in to place an order for pickup. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Josselyn Monterria (unsure of spelling). Josselyn automatically informed me that due to the lunch hour rush I must make the request online, and their was no time to take an order over the phone. I asked for clarity, if she was unable to take my order over the phone, because of the rush hour?. Josselyn said no she didn't say that and responded she was unable to take my order at all. My order was for a future time of pick up (had she continued the conversation) and unsure of how customer friendly it would be to imply if you don't have access to order online we are unable to take your order. This is unfortunate, unprofessional, and disappointing. She proceeded to give me her telephone number of to report this and all the information she wanted me to have in assisting for this review. Exceptional experience brings exceptional reviews, this missed all of the bar when it relates to customer experience. This place is definitely underrated for a quick bite (soup, salad, wrap, grain bowl). I ordered a wrap my way and a small side of broccoli cheddar soup. My friend ordered the Spice of Life bowl and really enjoyed it! Everything seemed fresh, and it worked for a post-beach, refreshing lunch. I love the feeling I get when I think of going to Giardino's! it's a feeling of total satisfaction! I've been to Giardino's many, many times and I can say without a doubt that I have never been dissatisfied! And that is hard to achieve in my opinion! Even the best of places will let you down at least once. But, Giardino hasn't thus far and I go at least once a week for lunch or on the weekends for a healthy meal and it's always scrumptious! Even the service is always on point! They're always so courteous and attentive! I wish that in the future they would make their soups non-dairy friendly but if I carry my Lactaid pills with me I can still enjoy their amazing soups! If you love salads you'll feel like you've found a goldmine. You can make your own from any of your favorite toppings, greens and believe it or not, even croutons (they have around 10 different kinds). Ever since I started going I've made it my mission to try all of their 24 selections, which you can also have made into wraps. The pricing is also very good, the Piccolo bowl (the smallest one) is actually hard to finish and it will cost you around 6 bucks. If you don't feel like having a salad their soup of the day option is also always healthy and delicious. I've tried their Cream of Asparagus and their Carrot and tomato, and both times I've been more than satisfied...honestly, if you enjoy eating healthy, this is the best lunch option around. While the wraps and salads here are, for the most part, delicious, I am a bit disappointed by the visits I've made to Giardino's following my first. Today, I decided to order in the same wrap I ordered the last time I visited. The wrap had cost me about $8 after taxes and the drink brought it to $11 total with tip. However, today my wrap came out to $10.95. Um... What? I feel like I got hustled because I ordered over the phone instead of going in person (it's next door to my work place and I didn't want to waste my break time ordering in store). I was charged an extra 75c for choosing spinach instead of lettuce as me "green", and 65c for croutons since wraps don't normally come with croutons. They were out of flaxseed again as well so I only got 3 out of my 4 toppings. Now, why am I being charged differently for the same wrap ordered just days before? And why did I get a ziplock bag with croutons as opposed to having them in my wrap like I ordered...? I have to admit, the sweet bread croutons really were the highlight of the meal today. They are delicious!!! If I come back over here, I'll probably just get some croutons. 5 stars for taste, but you lose 2 stars for static pricing. read more

I've seen these around and always wanted to try it out. I finally had the chance during a busy lunchtime but was not deterred by the long line because I figured they knew how to deal with it. Thankfully, I was correct! Many of the different combinations sounded good so I didn't feel a need to concoct my own. I ended up getting the Napa with Spinach and added on some chicken. The smallest size was enough to last me for two lunches which is definitely a deal in and of itself. I was impressed by the amount of chicken they added on but would not have complained if there was a little bit more brie thrown in there. For checking in on Foursquare I got a free bag of veggie chips. I would never get these on my own accord but these were better than regular potato chips could ever be. Last night will be my last Giardino's visit thanks to Jonathan or John (although I'm pretty sure he made up a name when I asked for it, but he's a d-bag with 2 earrings). He told me he didn't have my order and refused to interact with me after that. I had to go outside and check the buildings address, then check my order online. When I went in again, he talked over me and continued to be a complete jerk. Miraculously he found my order at the other end of the counter 30 seconds later and explained he was rude because he thought I was an uber driver (I never said I was and he didn't ask) . I didn't realize it was okay to be rude to delivery workers. I've had crappy service here before but this was definitely the worst. Salads are overpriced and nothing special. We stopped by here after our long drive from the keys as I used to frequent another Giardinos years ago-I thought we'd be in for a light and satisfying meal! We ordered the Thai salad, The Baja Salad and the habanero Salad. All 3 salads had really light dressing, almost to a point where you couldn't quite taste the dressing. Which is not always the case in Miami. I mean let's be honest!!!!!! The thing I really like about this place, outside of the food, is the ambiance. The decor is meant to look like a garden cafe, so there's this really nice feel to it. This decor even extends to the bathroom, which is always impeccable. The staff is incredibly nice, and the service is generally speedy for those on the go.
