I live in a condo on the river and wanted a large impact sliding door 2 6x12' doors with a screen. I selected ES windows in Columbia the country and received some excellent windows. The installation went well and took two days. Now me and the cat can enjoy our days with the tall view of the water and large birds. The installers were neat and did an excellent job. We ordered hurricane impact windows and were promised a specific date of installation. The company called to confirm our appointment at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. 8:00 a.m. came around the next morning and the crew was already here at 7:50 a.m. Great timing. The crew was very friendly and extremely professional! The installation process was like a production line and the crew did a wonderful job. After they left, I realized I had a quick question about opening them for the cleaning process. The office assistant told me that the guys would swing by after they finished their lunch....and they did!! Explained to me everything I needed to know and helped me out immensely!!! Install went fine 3 years ago, now I had a piece go bad and I'm going on 3 weeks trying to get it addressed. They don't call me and I'm forced to chase after them. Patty was extremely rude and had an attitude because I asked a couple questions about the door's warranty and had nothing but excuses for me. It's unfortunate because I held them in higher regard and recommended them to multiple people but at this point, I cannot continue to do that. Their warranty work and service after the fact is horrible and the treatment from Patty is probably the worst part. read more

We didn't have work done by Kamrell - just had to deal with their totally rude and inconsiderate workers who parked three bobtail trucks, a Jeep, and a little golf/utility cart on our neighbors' yard. The neighbor came to me, upset because she nicely asked Kamrell to move off her grass and sprinklers, and they LAUGHED at her and refused. When our neighbor called the Kamrell office, the workers moved MOST of the way off the grass and back onto the pavement - but the Jeep made a point of driving about 75' across the yard before getting onto the pavement, rather than just "backing up"! It finally took an appearance by the Martin County Sheriff's Department to tell Kamrell's guys that they would be ticketed if they didn't move off our neighbors' grass. Don't know Kamrell is "any good" at what they do, but I wouldn't want to deal with such rude and unprofessional workers (or inflict them upon my neighbors). read more

Nope nope nope. had 3 sliders and the windows above to replace. they came to measure. At time of install only ONE door was done correctly. Thats 33%. When the FOREMAN came out to analyze the job i figured my next install would be correct. WRONG again. They were able to complete the 2nd door. Now we are at 66%. Apparently when they ordered the doors they ordered them incorrectly. I needed what is a called a reverse stack, it is how the door opens. You would think that when ordering the products you get it right. I am paying A LOT of money. You expect the job done right! So the dumbass that ordered the doors ordered them so the opening would go to where my custom panel shades would be. in other words in order to use the door i would have to go behind the blinds to get outside. They did however tell me if i wanted the correct door it would cost another $8000. Besides that when i called to ask about the job the woman was rude. Even the installer couldn't believe how rude she was. she was on speaker.I only did a few windows because at $18,000 thats all i could start with. Needless to say I will use another company for the remaining windows. I will say that the installer was the only one that knew what was going on. Fire the foreman and make him one! But use another company. This one is a no go!! read more
