Absolutely horrible customer service!! The girl at the desk ate her chick-fil-a while attempting to check us in. Kept smacking. It was disgusting And they require your first and last name as well as your phone number just to be able to serve you. They don't deserve the one star I am being forced to give them. read more

I have given this location more than 3 chances, today was the last visit I will make there. First off the girl who did my facial threading drew blood with not one, but two friction burns/scratches in my neck where she also did not even get all the black hairs on my neck. I usually only get my chin threaded at this location and she didn't even do that part correctly either. I am picky about my eyebrows and prefer to retain most of my natural eyebrow hairs while trimming to follow the graceful curve of my bone structure. I requested a "cleanup" this is supposed to mean just clean up the little sparse hairs growing in so as to keep the style of the eyebrow shaping already existing. After all that info shared with her she still managed to destroy my eyebrow shape, go against my facial bone structure, removed way too much eyebrow hair to the point that I had to sit in the chair and ask her right there in front of the other employee and waiting customers, and did not even out my eyebrows as requested. Needless to say I did NOT give a tip this time. Also, there's a new receptionist but they still are untidy and inconsistent. Poor customer service to say the least! read more

This is my go to spot to get my eyebrows done. I am always pleased with the service I receive here. Although the young ladies are quiet, they are quick, professional and proficient. The price for eyebrow threading is $10 and although I know places that do it cheaper, they really have this thing down pat! read more

Went to have microblading and they did a horrible job. The customer service was deplorable, the ladies you could not understand, they spent more time talking and I spent more time alone in a very cold room. I was there 2.5 hours and there was an actual 15 mins of work on my brows. The eyebrows look like harsh drawn lines, blank spaces, thick and too close to the bridge of my nose and no feather strokes to look like real brows. The lady had the sniffles and sniffled leaning in my face with no mask. I would not even give a 1 star but I had to give something to leave a review. And I left a generous tip which I wish I hadn't. read more

Here now and there isn't anybody here! Says they opened at 10am and here it is3:39pm and there isn't anybody here! I don't live that close and the first time I came here it was a nice experience but this will be my last trip here. Waited by sign to see if any body would walk up but to no avail! My eyebrows have never looked worse. They're different sizes, shapes, and she threaded so much of my ACTUAL brow(which is thicker hair than the newgrowth) that it's tender and sore under my brow bone. read more

They do eyebrows really thin. Don't recommend coming here if you have a lot of eyebrow hair to work with. They will take a lot of it off. 3 stars cause they made my eyebrows "even" looking now but that's cause of taking off so much. Unlicensed people do the threading.....against the law. I went in before my wedding to gave my brows done and instructed the technician to only clean them up. I left with half of my eyebrows because she said it would look better and I should trust her. That is when I asked for her license number and she said she didn't have one. read more

I would give them a 3 star because they do ok on threading. I use to love going there when faerial was working there she did my eyebrows prefect. But I will not longer be going because of Alina. Be very careful paying there I normally give a four dollar tip on my own so that my total comes out to 15... but this day I went and my regular girl wasn't there so I went to a different one she did my eyebrows ok but when she rung me up she didn't give me my receipt. I had to ask for it and I noticed she added a two dollar tip for herself. That is what you call stealing and I do not support any company that steals. I will take my money elsewhere. So beware if you go pay cash because there is no loyalty there. N I also called her out for it and she did not apologize for it... a very sneaky place. read more

This business is a rip off! Went in to get eyebrows done, walked in two young ladies playing on their phone played little attention to me when I walked in. One made small talk while the other did my eyebrows who was talk in different language and finished them in less then 3 min. When I asked her to fix an area she said that they needed to be that way. When clearly she missed some ( had to fix them myself). Now the only reason I went was because I need a place to go asap and had found them on Groupon for $9. Well when I went to pay with it she said we don't take Groupon and I have to pay. Which wasn't much of a difference from the coupon $11. But I did not tip nor will I EVER be coming back to this place. I soon as I turned around to leave and explain to my husband what had happen, they were right back the phone. No wonder their place was empty I should have know!! Worst service. Don't spend your money or time, there are many better places then this one for sure. read more
