I've gotten my hair trimmed there before and that tine this time I was able to bring in my 5 month old baby. This time I needed a simple all over Brown dye job and a hair trim. I'm not sure what happened, but my hair ended up black with spots where my previous red is showing through. Before we put the dye in I had stressed that I didn't want my hair anywhere near black. Once again, the staff is amazingly friendly and sweet, but now I'm going to have to travel 45 minutes and pay over twice as much to fix their mistake, and hopefully not have to chop off my LONG hair in the process. The removal of one hair in the wrong area can alter the look of my eyebrows tremendously. I can't tell you how many wax appointments I have left in tears (as well as plenty curse words and rolled eyes to people that claim they have experience with facial hair particularly pertaining to my heritage just to get inside my wallet). The precision and intelligence in this industry Ashley has is devine. It is obvious she has spent countless hours practicing and perfecting her technique. In all, I will never trust anyone with Microblading my eyebrows after this experience. It has almost been 2 years and the ink on my brows are still going strong. Nataly did my brows from start to finish. My results were great. About 6 weeks later, I went in to get my eyebrows laminated and tinted again. They moved to a new studio in Trinity Groves. They have a new process. Now someone else does step 1 and nataly does the brow tint. The results are BAD. My eyebrows are crunchy, a lot of the hairs were burned off, and the hairs that are left look like they were crimped. I messaged Nataly and was told to keep putting eyebrow serum on because it's dry outside. She also said I must be sleeping on my face. Come on now.... Just admit it. My eyebrows were overprocessed and they were fried off. The service is by no means cheap either. Now I have a wedding coming up, and my brows are patchy, unruly, and curly. So upset. I will NEVER go back.
