came in without an appointment . and needing to use the restroom, Raj took care of me promptly got to work kept my comfort in mind as she waxed my eyebrows made recommendations, but wasn't pushy about sure I was satisfied before she rang me up. also the restroom was clean all in all a quick affordable experience. I did go on a weekday during work hours. Don't know if that matters to some, but just something to keep in mind. read more

I've been back a few times since we had a yelp event at the reopening. Today instead of walking in I had an appointment.. easy peasy! Walked in got in the chair and got my eyebrows done. The place is still just as nice as the first time I was there. The techs are all wearing masks. I had a coupon for checking in through yelp for 2.99 and not 7 bucks for eyebrows! SCORE! I like that none of the techs have licked the string (that's just gross). I like the prices, the place is cute, and the employees seem friendly. My eyebrows turned out great and I'm back to feeling like a decent looking human. I def recommend you try them read more

Before laying back on the chair to begin the service, I asked M. to keep my brows thick and clean them, showing her exactly where to clean them. Instead, she made them thin, uneven at the tip, my brows are two different shapes and devoid of my natural shape, unclean, and skin is swollen (this has never happened in the 12 years I've been getting my brows threaded). As a repeat customer, I'm very upset with the experience today and not sure that I'll return. read more

My appointment was scheduled for 11:15, and I made sure to arrive a bit, about 15 minutes early. There was no staff in the front area when I arrived, and I heard several people talking in the back. Eventually, 3 staff members came to the front. I was led to a station that still had kleenex, spoolie, and scissors from the previous customer in the table. I had to request clean scissors and spoolie. The technician was handling my face all rough, and this threading actually hurt. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Definitely won't be back. I'll stick to my threader in Duncanville. read more

Love it here. Ask for Mandy! I'd never gotten my eyebrows threaded before and I was so scared. Like really scared, but it all turned out fine. These ladies are skilled and fast and make you feel very comfortable. It's casual and everyone is so kind. I also had my brows tinted and I love them so much! Just a little bit darker makes such a difference and fills out your brows. The next time I came I had a lash lift and tint. My lashes turned out beautiful (although the process was kind of scary for me because they literally tape your eyeballs shut and that freaks me out). But now my lashes stand straight up as if I curl them every morning, and they're nice a dark. I really don't need mascara now but if I do use it, I have super lashes! Glam India is a wonderful local business and these ladies do beautiful work. Gorgeous henna too! read more

Close and conveniently located to home, Glam India is a one stop spot for updating your FACE! They have almost everything from eyebrows, to henna and they do a very good job at both. One the afternoon that I went I was a walk in. The place was packed and from what I could tell everyone was a walk-in. I had to wait about 30 minutes but the lady that tinted and threaded my brows did a fantastic job. Over a week later, my brows still look awesome. I would like to try their lash service, or a facial but I will make an appointment for that. I definitely will return! read more

I got a 24k gold facial done and I'm going to have to rank it at the bottom of my list of facials I've gotten done so far. - The room was very cold - Lights were never dimmed. The bright light was shining in my eyes the whole time. This was quite upsetting. - door was left WIDE open every time the lady left . I was appalled because there was no privacy and was adding to the cold - cold water was used on my face. The same water was used each time and it was very cold, murky, and dirty. - all off brand stuff was used. I was expecting brand name facial products such as Shiseido - the tiniest, crappiest PIECES of cotton (not even an entire cotton pad) was used on my eyes. They were barely wet and kept falling off. They didn't even reach under my eye because of how small they were I have had much better facials for $60 where warm water was used, door was closed, room had relaxing soft music, the lights were dimmed, back massage was given, and top notch (Shiseido) products were used. I think this will be my last time here for a facial. Very disappointed. read more
