He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). All I can say is that he treats his potential clients with care like a concerned family friend and explains the pricing in a reasonable way. I will definitely be choosing him in the future.

It was their own fault for not executing and even took 2 pictures of the tenant but did not hand the serve materials so they should go back out and serve them but they didn't saying I needed to pay more when it was their fault. They said the man had greyer hair but other than that, he looked exactly like the picture I provided. They should go back out and finish the job but was lazy not to do it. Just worthless. Complete loss of money. Should have just used the Sheriff at a 10th of the cost. Don't like this company at all. I would use another company. Just stupid people that can't execute.
