Not only they installed the water heater, they also accompanied me to haul the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the same day. He also did stuff that the previous installer did not do like sealing some tubes, etc. They gave me the best price among all those who replied. The next time I hired them was because of the clogged kitchen sink. Unlike others, they did not stop until they resolved the issue to the point that they had to cancel their other appointments on that day. They had to dig and replace a very old sewer tube. They did this step by step. The best thing is that with all the efforts and time they did, they reasonably charged for their work.
