Mr. Delori is an extremely hard worker, working non-stop each day, always showing up on time, when he said he would. In addition, his fee was reasonable for a week's worth of hard, detailed work. So cutting to the chase, our counters look great. We required two slabs and they promised the seam would be clean, and indeed it is beautiful. You have to damn near search to find it. They also threw in a matching cutting board salvaged from the sink cutout. That was a nice touch. If I had to offer constructive criticism it would be this. They didnt mount my dishwasher to the counter bc they said my space was 24.5" and they only had a 24" bracket. They didn't mention it and I had to notice and inquire later. Would've been nice if they'd spec'ed that out beforehand; I would've found something custom myself if need be. So consider that. Lastly, the counter came in a few weeks after they guesstimated, but in fairness, I never called and harangued them about deadlines etc bc I wasn't ready for the counter anyhow. So I left the timing to the gods and it all worked out. The dishwasher thing really is enough to knock this down a star or two (bc now I have to figure out a solution). But their customer service and otherwise attentiveness was such a pleasure, and the counters really do look amazing, so gonna say we're overall very satisfied. Would definitely recommend. I ordered 2 quartz countertops for my master bathroom and an adjacent vanity. The installation on…read moreone vanity was fine, but the second one had gaps on the backsplash portion. After alerting the company, they sent someone out to remeasure the quartz for a replacement backsplash, which was installed today. I am so happy with the end product and greatly appreciate the company addressing my concerns in a very professional manner. No one wants a product to fall short on expectations, and I do appreciate their commitment to the quality of their offering and the installation workmanship.

He was very thorough in his explanation of all of the products and the process. He was also always available whenever I had any questions and just made everything really easy. The crew that came out for the installation was friendly and on time. They did a beautiful job and made sure the space was clean. (They even did some extra cleaning after removing my old counters and discovering that someone in the past had left a bunch of trash behind the cabinets.) I highly recommend this company. They really respect their clients and do quality work.
