On May 22, 2026, the installer came to inspect the issue and confirmed that the leak was the result of the installation. He told me he would return to repair it. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to schedule the repair. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting a firm commitment has been extremely frustrating. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through.
