I paid her and left…read more Then I started getting texts and finally a call that I left without paying I assured Fatima that I had paid her and where she was in the shop when I handed her the money. Finally the owner called arrogantly telling me he had me on tape not paying. I returned and watched the tape, which in great detail, showed me paying exactly as I described to Fatima. Later in the day they apologized. Too little too late. I will never step foot in Old World Parlor again.
