I would give 0 stars if I could. They use a "look out" guy to find cars in nearby stores (CVS, Rite Aid) they randomly decide to tow. The manager of the store specifically told me she had nothing to do with the car tow. So she did not call it in. Justin's apparently can just tow any car when they want to, regardless if you are in the store or not. I would call them scam artists, but there usually requires some sort of creativity with scams, Justin's are just thieves. I will NEVER go to CVS or Rite Aid on Liberty Ave ever again. I would encourage others to stay away as well, as they seem to not give a crap about the fact that the towing company they use is robbing their customers. Sad day when you can't even shop at nearby stores for fear of having your car towed, even though you did nothing wrong. Thanks for robbing an already lower class neighborhood Justin's! Been having a problem with people parking their vehicles in, or partially blocking my driveway where my wife parks. I called the police pct and they came & ticketed the vehicle, they then told me to call Justins towing. I called Justin & within 15mins his guys where there to remove the vehicle! I will now be calling him any time another person thinks it's ok to park in my property. Unfortunately for Justin, he seems to get reviews here from people who've parked illegally somewhere & are pissed off. They don't seem to realize that he's hired by the people or companies to do this, so he's only doing his job! Bottom line... don't park in my driveway & you won't get towed!!! Terrible scam artist that tow without proper authorization. In the process of trying to get my money back. I did patronize the establishment (I have the receipt as proof). What does your reply have to do with you not having proper authorization to tow the vehicle. First, you wouldn't accept credit or debit. Why are you towing cars if you can't accept credible forms of payment? Second, when I asked for a copy of the tow authorization I was told to call back tomorrow. Then i got the run around, which says what?, that you don't have it. To top it all off when I asked for the number of property management I got the run around again! Eventually some random person calls me instead and he could not provide me that document either. Your company is unprofessional and there's most certainly something fishy with you guys. Had a really great experience with Justin's on Friday - right before New Years Eve. With so much chaos and running around with my young daughter I honestly just wasn't vigilant and was towed. I was so overwhelmed and so emotional. When I got to Justin's the gentleman who helped me saw my grief, was so helpful and really just provided some above and beyond service including a break on the tow fees. It was a holiday miracle! If you have a blocked driveway this is the company to call. I got the run around from other towing companies in queens for hours (towing a blocking car is not as lucrative as other towing jobs i guess). Poor service they say but they didnt accept my credit card they will literally give u too much pressure and lot of excuses for paying cash and finally i had to pay cash and they we so unprofessional they wasted time also first he said they accept card but after getting there the driver was asking for cash cause office close then the same guy come with a very young guy saying he is the manager and they don't accept cards for impounded truck and they don't maintain time unless you give them the cash offer yeah maybe i made mistake by paring in private property but they are really unprofessional . I made a video of it in my phone and the you was quiet then he literally left me without saying Anything if u see u know why. This guy is fraud for real they will also give u a hand written receipt. I parked in a parking lot that made me paid 3 cash for 2 hours and still got my car towed because the ticket wasn't on the dash... which dont make any sense to put our parking spot on the ticket if u not gonna check if we paid or not... then they only demand cash to get your car back... and charge by the miles from them taking your car mind you they location was a 25 minute drive away from where I was at. Total SCAM. I parked in a Food Bazaar, went to the nearby CVS for no more than 15 minutes before entering the store to see my car was being towed. The guy told me first that the store manager called him and he came all the way from Ozone Park- total lies. I called the store manager, they said they never called him and that he sits and waits for people to leave their car and tows them immediately. There is also no way that he traveled 25 minutes (from Ozone Park to Bushwick) and loaded my car up in the 15 minutes I was gone. After telling him the store manager did not call him, he changed his story to the property manager calling him, another lie. He demanded I pay him cash, that they did not take credit card, their receipt says they take visa and master card, and he had no change to give me back from the 20's I had to withdraw from the ATM, only $1. They are predators and liars, I immediately went home and called the NYS attorney general and filed a complaint online. The receipt even states the store manager called him, they did not. read more

As a victim of Justins judgement, and his stubborn insistence, in the face of evidence, as to who and when one is a customer, I am still owed the cash demanded of $134, but the BBB is on the case and his business rating will be affected. Call the Better Business Bureau and register complaints about being illegally spotted and then pulled from the lot without cause. Especially when Justin has decided that YOU have to provide proof to HIM, the same crew that illegally stole your car, that you had a shot or other business w Rite aid that day!! I complained to the manager of the store as well, since I and my family members are the customers. A customer does not always have a receipt, but the BBB and Consumer Affairs Bureau will assist. The burden of proof as to the time of day, with or without a receipt for shopping, or the kind of business that we have with Rite aid lies on Justin, not us hapless victims of his ruthless practices. Once he shakes you down, it is time consuming to get a refund, but it can be done. The BBB is easy to contact and follows through. In addition you can contact the Consumer Affairs Bureau for your refund. Many complaints are already registered, the agent at the BBB disclosed, and a class action is more effective than just complaining on this site. read more

Ask for Ron if you need a safe tow. It's rare to find a towing company who cares enough to try to accommodate people in need with patience and respect. If you have a problem with cars being towed from business lots report the business and complain directly to the store manager, they hire the tow companies. Fight the problem at the source. First let me start off by saying, Justin of Justin's towing is one of the nicest guys around. On a business and personal level. The company in general operates as professionally as they come. Quickly gaining respect in the southeast area of Queens. Myself being in the tow truck industry I try to stay away from other companies ratings and comments, but one review before seems to be outrageous. Aside from the fact you admitted you ILLEGALLY PARKED your vehicle, you claim the company charged you $300. Do you have the EVIDENCE to support your claim? Was a receipt provided? Was it charged by card or cash to further prove your demeaning claim? Lastly why ask other people on his profile to negatively complain? Your claim is based by a one on one transaction. So it doesn't matter what the justin company did to someone a year, a month, a day, or an hour before he towed your ILLEGALLY PARKED vehicle. Only thing that matters is the actions they used against you during your situation. You sound like a lot of the butt hurt customers I get, with there sob stories " but sir I WAS GOING to the toys r us, AFTER I VISTED THE CLEANERS". Do you see the conflict there, the property manager that contracts the companies, or the tow truck driver can't determine what you WERE going to do. We only know what you didn't do, and that wasn't go to the premises which owns the private property, you illegally used to park your vehicle. At the end of the day, Justin's towing is alright in my book, professional company, well prepped trucks for any situation, big or small. No car is too heavy or too expensive to them. All cars get treated with respect and care. If I wasn't available to tow my own car, Justin's would def get a call from me to transport my vehicle. read more
