I was HAPPILY SURPRISED when Customer Service Advisor Addison Wood answered the phone upon my call for help. He was the Service Technician who took great care of my CHEVY CAPTIVA (see previous review); he told me he'd be taking care of all aspects of my current situation should I choose AAMCO. Surely enough, he did JUST AS AN OUTSTANDING JOB taking care of my broken coolent "T" by removing it and replacing it for a nominal fee and less than an hour of labor. While there, he changed out my windshield wipers and changed out my oil. Again, all done in a very timely manner without the sting of the prices other local shops are charging. I stopped in Zephyrhills High Caliber Automotive. I have dropped off a U-Haul trailer there before and thought I would ask what they would charge. I had purchased the complete rear drum brake assembly, drums, spring, and shoes online for $208. I was given an estimate of $150 and could not pass up the deal. I had them do the rear brake job. I received great customer Service and they did a fantastic job for $358.
