These guys are liars. Had a 2026 Ducati V2 SP listed at $16,995. I inquired. They said: "Yep, that's the price". Went on their website and found that the real price was $4,000 more. They have (had) a V2 listed price for a V2 SP: different motorcylce. Sneaky Bastards had a picture of a SP, Had the description of an SP, had the title listed as an SP, but their "Stock #" was for a standard V2. Then they tried to argue about it. I purchased a used motorcycle from the Adamo Drive location back in March 2024. Has served me well. I recently had a issue with it after being serviced with new tires recently. I advised them of the problem and it was taken care of at no additional charge. They did me right and I will continue to do business with them. I am a older rider and the big BMW K bike is starting to get a little heavy in parking lots. When I decide to get a lighter weight replacement I will check their website to see if anything interests me. read more

This place carries a great selection of motorcycles. Sales department is difficult to work with and does the bare minimum. Had to keep after them to get the follow thru from our initial deal. I bought a used bike, but it was like new with less than 500 miles. The parts manager on the other side is fantastic! He stepped up and helped me get accessories purchased and ordered. It is my seventh bike, but first in a while so needed a helmet and riding gear. Prices were higher but I appreciated the help and knowledge so I was happy to support him the way he supported me! Service guy came out and introduced himself while I was finishing my transaction! Thought this was great! I live two hours away so will probably service the bike elsewhere but this was a class move! I will give this place another chance but I was disappointed with the sales process! It seemed hollow and full of excuses with several comments of "let me check with my team...." read more

Bought a used Ducati from them over the WEB and had the bike shipped. They assured me the bike had been mechanically checked over but once it arrived there were a number of minor issues: the chain was way too tight, the brakes had water in the line, oil was dirty, and worst of all: the bike was delivered with only one key. In 50 years of buying used bikes, I have nevergotten one missing a second key. Was never advised by Next Ride sales rep it was missing a key. Unfortunately its not just a matter of going to the hardware store to have one made - you have to order the chipped blank from Ducati, then it has to be laser cut by a locksmith, and finally only a Ducati dealer can then program the chip to the bike. Cost to me for all this was $221. I submitted receipts to Next Ride and requested reimbursement, which they denied. Sleezy operation, I would never buy from them again. read more

I would normally be against buying from a shop when there is so much FSBO inventory online at a discount, but working with the team at Next Ride was excellent and I plan on going back to them for my next ride. Starting with sales, Grant and Chase were easy to work with. No pressure and they left me with a great impression of the organization as a whole while negotiating my 2013 Fat Bob. It feels like a family owned business and not a corp shop. Had a minor issue with the break light, and Brian & Derrick were eager to help me. They even made a break lever adjustment for me that wasn't part of the warranty plan. Every time I go to them with questions, they have the same helpful disposition. I chose Next Ride, because of the high rating and high praise given by many of the people/social media that I asked when looking for a good place to deal with.... Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant. Let's see, where do I start??? I went to Next Ride really excited to buy a 2015 Ducati 899 Panigale they had for sale on CycleTrader Talked over the chat and over the phone with the store management, so I went to see in person the bike and I have to say it looked amazing. I had a trade in ... we talked numbers and agreed. We started the process and because of my insurance ( price discrepancy ) I had to go back the following day. Got there the following morning with all my paperworks done, loan approved from my bank... all ready to go. I had to wait an hour or so because the bike's battery wasn't charged (????!!!!) or so I was told. Finally everything is ready... signed the paperworks I take my just bought bike and leave..excited..I make a U-turn on E Adamo dr. Heading back to Brandon and not even after a mile before I get to 301. I stop at the light and the bike shuts off itself. It wouldn't start again. Nothing!!! Called the Manager Kirk back and tell him bike is not starting and hear a scary sound when starting it again so someone from the shop came with a trailer to pick me up. We go back to the shop, and once I get there things get even more grotesque. Now this Ducati is out of question cause it's broken and they don't even know what's wrong with it. I am shown another Ducati a 2016 959 Panigale so if this bike runs ... hopefully... I can get this one or so I am lead to believe but they need to recharge the battery(??!!!$ . So after like 3 hours, the battery that was on the 899 is now put on the 959 and somehow the battery is not holding the charge. Finally this bike is running so Kirk the manager and I start closing the deal when he tells me that that Ducati 959 will cost definitely more ( KBB value is about 10k/11k same as the 899 I was buying ).... I am now speechless... you wasted ALL my day, you sold me a broken bike, and now you don't even try to make it right, you actually try to get more money from me...it smells like a scam....and all that time with a sort of smirk on his face????!!! I was like "is this happening for real???" He then looks at me and says something like " oh I'm looking for bikes that you might like... a Yamaha or maybe a Suzuki, what do you like???! " No... I came here for ONE BIKE and now I would like you to get me my deposit back and my trade in...which is a damn good bike and you even appraised it low. IT WAS REALLY A NIGHTMARE It's unfortunate that some people out there make it a bad name for all motorcycle dealers out there. Do your research people. read more

Really not recommended, i am out of state and i was searching for a 2020 CVO Street Glide, i found one at Next Ride on cycle trader and called to inquire about it, the sales guy, Chase and his manager Kirk cut me a good deal of almost $40k for the bike and paid a deposit then the following day i transferred the rest of the money. One thing i stressed on it with both Chase and Kirk is once you receive the money, please send me the title, Chase confirmed a couple of times that they have the title and they will send it to me asap. The reason why i wanted the title even before the bike because the bike is missing 1 key and i have to take the title to the dealer so i can get a new key! Now after almost 20 days of me paying, the bike is not yet delivered and i don't have the title. So i called today to hear from chase that the title might take from 30 to 60 days! I then call back to speak with Kirk who would say i have nothing to do, and i cannot give you an estimate of when you'll get the title. Absolutely the worst experience ever! To the owner: I paid almost $40k in cash not to receive a service like this and get wrong information from your employees, they even didn't seem like they care at all. Again, stay away from that business and shop somewhere else where they respect their words and their customers! read more

They had it for seven days and called me to come pick it up after claiming they "fixed it". Got the bike back and not only did it have the same problem, but had another issue as well. I don't know what sort of success other bikers have had purchasing things from this establishment, but I have had the WORSE experience with NEXT RIDE. I have a 2010 MV Agusta, and requested for back passenger pegs, and two spark plug coils. A woman named Loren (Parts Service Mgr.) assisted with helping me locate the parts that I needed for my bike. But, after the parts were located, and an invoice was issued, I repeatedly called Next Ride to pay for the items to be sent to me, and all I received was EMPTY apologies (SORRY SORRY SORRY). I called again and asked about the parts being sent to me, and left my contact info. For someone to contact me and tell me how much it will cost to ship the parts to me, and again they dropped the ball. I am giving a review to inform others that NEXT RIDE has BUTTER FINGERS! And lots of empty apologies (SORRY, SORRY SORRY) for you, if you have empathy for companies with Butter Fingers, and Wanton Negligence. But, I see that Next Ride doesn't need my business! Bought a Harley Davidson from them cash. Noticed the next day there was a giant oil leak underneath the bike. Went the next day to talk to them about it scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. Appointment day I show up drop my bike off for six hours come back they haven't even touched it said they didn't know they were supposed to look at it. The manager finally comes out and tells me well the bike wasn't leaking when you bought it from me. I only had the bike for two hours before I noticed on oil leak are you kidding me. P on the bike is already flaking. I would never spend another dollar in this place. read more
