They did a great job of working with me and making up for minor issues that occurred during service so I didn't five stars across-the-board because they were really willing to work with you and make sure that your bike is fixed right.

Honestly idk what everyone in the 1 star review was b**ching about, this place was awesome, got home from being stationed in Germany Friday, came in on Saturday wasn't sure about what I wanted, came back in on Tuesday around 10:30am and rode out at 11:30am all paperwork, registration, gear and everything done...amazing customer service and everyone friendly as hell. Don't listen to those dumb a** Karen's below. Great place

2013 Fat Bob - Great job Team Next Ride!

I would normally be against buying from a shop when there is so much FSBO inventory online at a discount, but working with the team at Next Ride was excellent and I plan on going back to them for my next ride. Starting with sales, Grant and Chase were easy to work with. No pressure and they left me with a great impression of the organization as a whole while negotiating my 2013 Fat Bob. It feels like a family owned business and not a corp shop. Had a minor issue with the break light, and Brian & Derrick were eager to help me. They even made a break lever adjustment for me that wasn't part of the warranty plan. Every time I go to them with questions, they have the same helpful disposition. Very impressed with their operation, and plan on staying a loyal customer and hopefully upgrading once the right bike comes along. Amazing job team Next Ride!

I read this: In some cases orders can be combined and items can be added to an existing order. However we do not capture credit card numbers or any payment info from the original orders. So it's much simpler if you place a new order, then call us or email us with the new order number and ask us to combine it with the other original order. If there is any overage in shipping we will then credit it back to the second order. Figuring I was ordering the items when the shop was closed within an hour of each other, I figured it would be a simple process to get them combined. I did as they said, bought the second item, then immediately sent them an email asking to have them combined. I didn't hear anything back the next day, but instead received two separate shipping orders for the items. I emailed again asking why, but received no response. I sent them a twitter message a couple days later and they said to call the purchasing manager and he would "take care of me". After explaining my situation again, he said that the shippers get in before everyone else to pack things up. I quoted the site saying the instructions clearly state to order the second item then send an email, but he kept repeating himself saying that it's too late and there is nothing they could do. I was going to order a ton of parts over the winter for my new build, but they just lost a customer for lacking the decency to refund me $13 based on the policy clearly stated on the site.

Did a great job getting the bike to me in a timely manner, especially considering they lost one of their own/my mechanic while the bike was tore down. 1) Prices were fair. The mechanic that finished my bike was extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping me in the loop. 2) They do have parts, accessories and apparel. 3) Great selection of handle bars. The negative: the bike broke down 1 month after getting it back. Same issue that I got fixed at the RF. We take a look...failed fuel pump. No issue, as this type of failure can happen from time to time. However, the real issue was that the fuel pump was the incorrect pump for the bike. My riding partner had a similiar experience on her metric bike, as well. Bottomline: if you're a metric bike, go somewhere else.

I am being totally honest here in every way possible. I went to a place in Ybor and they had no idea what they were doing and admitted it when they gave my money back cause I knew more then them. Serious incompetence. I went to another place that only decorated bikes. Then I went to a place that charged me 70 dollars to remove a bolt.seriously. I'd had it and was over it and thought everyone that touched a bike in this town was a dope. I bought a vintage 1976 KZ 900 with a 1013 cc bored out engine and its stretched. this could be the coolest bike ever in the history of bikes and I was in love. considering its so old and its an old drag bike I knew it was only a matter of time before it needed work. It broke down and I called some friends. Not only friends but friends that know everyone and have lived in this town their whole lives. They picked me and my baby up with the trailer and brought me to Pride Cycles and introduced me to their friend Anthony. Anthony appreciated the fact I love old bikes and loves that time past as I do. Anthony did not beat around the bush, he was honest ,told me the truth, and took on this massive project with the idea of safety and dependability with this bike and me. He assured me that at 100 miles an hour you don't want maybes. and he was right. the guys at the shop are great. they really love what they do and made me feel so excited, as excited as they are to do the job that needs to be done. I mean all of them. Good people, great work. The amount of work was extensive. New everything. Just a little bit of an idea- new electrics, manifolds, carbs cleaned oil and filter, plugs, brakes, tires- I mean it goes on and on. It was a lot of work, remember my bike is almost 40 years old. For the amount of work that was done in the amount of time and along with the price, I have the most bad-ass bike in town. You do get what you pay for.fact. Its my dream bike and I'm so thankful. Anthony and his team did this for me and I even consider him a friend now. His wife is even a sweetheart. So in turn,if you want it done and done right with PRIDE, I seriously suggest no matter what kind of bike you have,go to them. You wont be disappointed. and you will feel safe even at 100 miles an hour. A shout out to Shelby also 'he works there'. I personally will go no where else. I mean, come on, Its your life you're playing with. Thank you PRIDE CYCLES. I added a pic of my bike for your enjoyment also, I'm so happy and satisfied! and that's rare. like the steaks you all complain about on this sight. :)
