I asked if I could wait on hold because it was important and she told me no because she has calls on hold but she placed an urgent message and he will call back. (the doctor only comes in on Thursdays) After an hour of no call back I decided to go back to the office before 4pm because the doctor was going to leave. The doctor and assistant were immediately available to answer my question.. I did not wait more than 10 seconds to get attended... and when I asked why they did not call me back, I was told the agent said I hung up on her and a call back was not necessary. I am very annoyed because this is not the first time I encounter this kind of disrespect and negligence. It's ridiculous that I was told I would get a call back and I would have never gotten the call back because the receptionist lied. I didn't even get an apology. Horrible front desk service.
