Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. Her responsibility's there should be on the lines of sweeping floors. Not finance and problem solving. .It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! I was left waiting almost an hour past my appointment only to have the estetician rush and complain. She didn't wash her hands or use gloves. She put a peel off mask on me and left the room for 20 minutes. Attempted extractions without steam and caused me to have huge scabs the next day. It was a horrifying nightmare and the owner would not be bothered to come out to talk to me claiming she was in a meeting that day and the next day.

Everything was super clean when I was taken to the room, I was told to put on a robe, a pillow was under my legs and then a blanket. Everything was so relaxing and calm, she asked if I was interested in a facial and then later on a hair mask that I did end up wanting to do. My hair smells amazing, feels amazing, my scalp feels amazing too. The neck and arm massage was soooo good and she also massaged my legs and feet. I would totally recommend this experience!

Not only did the massage my neck and shoulders but arms and hands and did a brief back massage when she helped me sit up after it was over. The one downside is that they only have curtains separating spaces. They aren't full rooms with wall. So I could hear everything happening in the whole place, every conversation people had with a person who walked in and a person who called. Luckily it wasn't busy when I came I was the only person there but people came in and called. As disappointing as that was the massage and scalp treatment were worth it.
