Let me just say that Susan did AMAZING on my lips and frown lines and I cannot stop looking at my lips Susan paid attention to so much detail on every injection site. While waiting for the numbing to kick in, she asked me what kind of look I was going for. Honestly, A question that I had never been asked so I Didn't really know how to answer. I put my entire faith in her knowledge and expertise, and I'm so glad I did because I feel beautiful. I was given a list of recommendations for my skin (The processes the costs,etc...) for future ideas and let me just say that I am seriously considering their recommendations because honeyyyyy these ladies (Including the Cleaning staff I'm assuming )are stunning and kind. The cost for laser seems expensive to me but they say it's a special laser and the providers there have advanced medical degrees and can provide needed after care if there has been an issue. They send email reminder and text reminder of your appointment. They also have a phone line you can text if you're running late or if you want to see if you can get in earlier or change your appointment. Some clients have complained about their appointments being cancelled. That has yet to happen to me. They frequently have specials on services. There are so many services available for men and women. I like that it's a lifetime guarantee. They have many locations in the USA and you can go anywhere which is great if you're a traveler. They have three locations here in Florida that are convenient for me. I am doing this current treatment and based on how it goes- the success of it- I may start another area.

1 Star - Very Disappointed…read more I was a longtime Couture client years ago and loved the company enough to refer others who became longtime clients. I recently rejoined the Lake Mary location in February and purchased the top membership, expecting the same quality of service I remembered. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I have repeatedly had appointments cancelled or rescheduled because there were not enough providers, scheduling problems, or equipment failures. On one occasion, I was already numbed and in the treatment chair when I was told the fractional machine had broken. I have also had difficulty getting appointments and using the services I am paying for, with results that have been below what I experienced in the past. I repeatedly brought these concerns to staff and gave Couture time to improve. The final straw was being called just hours before an appointment and told it had to be rescheduled due to a scheduling issue on their end. I then told the front desk I wanted to cancel and was told I could do so by the end of August. However, when I returned on August 27, I was suddenly told I was locked into a 12-month contract. I was never provided a written copy of any contract or membership agreement stating this. I am extremely disappointed that a company I once trusted and recommended has declined this much in quality and customer service. I have requested cancellation effective August 27 and a refund of my $200 enrollment fee. I hope Couture will do the right thing and resolve this professionally. BE WARY JOINING!
