A friend recommended this place for a facial microdermabrasion. I met with Marisol and she was outstanding with her technique, hand movements, explanation and suggestions. I will try to return every 6 weeks for the same service. Purchased their facial moisturizer with sunblock and I like it. Very pretty place and if you leave a google review while still there, they will offer you a 10% discount for services. This place is located in a small strip mall BEFORE a gas station and BEFORE the Walgreens!!! I past it because you can barely see the sign. Look for a tiny strip mall prior to gas station!! If you miss it you have to make a UTurn. I arrived A few minutes late and they were super cool, calm, patient and still provided good service. (It was quiet at the time of my appointment. It had been years since my last facial therefore I left the place a bit bruised due to the digging into my face BUT it cleared up in a few days. Was totally worth it! Very clean, modern, nice, affordable and thorough service. I only wish their room walls reached the ceiling because you could hear everyone from the other rooms. I went there with my friend both did botox and my face looked the same as before I contacted them and they told me to wait at least 2 weeks! My face after 2 weeks was same and called them again and they told me to wait for the doctor because he was on vacation, I give them the phone number and my name because they asked me to for calling back but they never did and never answered me , never going back in this place again the worse botox I ever had in my life!! read more

AVOID! my LIPS are DISFIGURED by this place. First I want to say this, I have had my lips done in the past and nothing like this happened. When I got to this place, I told my injector, NERAIDA that I was nervous. Instead of trying to calm me down and say you got this, she kept telling me that it will be very painful and that I can leave if I wanted. Not sure why she would say that right before I was going to have my lips injected. When I went to my last injector, it took her around 20 mins to slowly inject the filler little by little, however at this place she did the whole thing in around 4 minutes which is what I THINK caused the huge issue. I looked great after, however the second day I started to notice 2 HUGE LUMPS around the front of my lip that were very visible. NOT ONLY THAT, but there were lumps all over, however, the other ones weren't visible so not as devastating. I went to see her a week later and she massaged them very hard, THERE WAS NO CHANGE. I will attach photos of the lumps. I went back to her week 3 and told her my concerns. she took a needle (looked like a thumbtack) and pushed them into the lumps, filler and blood came out on her gloves (which was injected too superficially) and the bumps seemed to be gone but there was swelling. Fast forward a week later, all the swelling had gone down BUT I saw that there is still a very obvious lump. Very upsetting, I also can still feel the the lump (much smaller obviously but still visible) I feel like my lips are ruined at this point. Not only that, but she never said anything like, "if there is anything you need come see us, we will make sure all is right." In fact, my appointment was rescheduled randomly with no warning, I received a text saying your appointment is updated to the next day at a random time that I was not available. No call to ask me if I was free, just changed randomly.I went there and they were closed during a time they are usually open. I message the instagram and they tell me they cannot see me because the injector is sick. Then I get a call from the actual medical center saying it was a scheduling mistake, you can come in. So was she sick or not?? Avoid this place, not only am I very upset about my lips but I wasn't treated the best here. you can still the line on my lips after she squeezed out the filler after using the needle. Not only that but she MISSED some superficial filler so there is still a VISIBLE lump. ALL but the last 2 pics are before the drainage of the lumps. So devastating how every photo I take I can see the damage that has been done to my lips. I wasted not only 550 dollars, (500 for service, then when you finish and pay it asks for a tip. (50 dollars) but ive had to go back there two times with no resolution and not even a "don't hesitate to call if it is not fixed". Getting any filler is serious and can have permanent consequences. once again all of this is my own opinion of this place, not a fact. but in my opinion you should not trust this place! I will now have to go to a DOCTOR and pay MONEY to have them fix this issue. read more

They told us we could be laser 6 times and we would have to pay $ 700. but on the way out they said we had to pay $ 700 for each session. they deceived us and didn't refund our money. definitely do not trust it. I feel like I need to share my backstory. I came across Juvia on IG while looking for someone to fix my previously filled lips that were pretty much botched somewhere else. They took me in right away. Juvia was pristine. Everything was so clean and it put me at ease. I had the dreaded "duck lips" and they were horrific. Please stay away from this place! I went in for a simple Botox procedure around the eyes for crows feet, that in retrospect, weren't even that noticeable and I should've just left them alone. My daughter's wedding is in a few short weeks and now my face is disfigured! I have always been complimented on the shape of my eyes and brows, and because of this incompetent Doctor, they have been completely altered for the worst. Due to improper selection of injection site, the botox paralyzed my upper eyelid and caused severe drooping that makes it difficult to keep my eyes open. Now instead of wrinkles, I have sagging downward eyelids and eyebrows! I can't begin to explain the feeling of desperation and anger towards this butcher shop of a place. After many phone calls and complaints, they agreed to try and correct it, which only left me bruised and swollen with no improvement in the drooping eyelids. I have asked for my money back to go somewhere reputable to have this fixed before the wedding and they have denied the request and have stopped answering my calls altogether. The only thing I have left to do is make people aware of this gross negligence and advise them to take their hard earned money elsewhere, and save themselves the embarrassment and grief of having to look in the mirror and see such horror. My best friend speaks so highly nedy, so I gave it a shot . I felt like i was in need of a glow so I requested a celebrity facial and a teeth whitening procedure since mines were looking so shady due to coffee etc . Nice place but the service wasn't what I expected, she kept getting interrupted during our session. I believe she was concerned about her phone i couldn't tell since my eyes were closed . I went to Juvia Aesthetics to begin the beauty process before my wedding, Nedy was recommended by a close friend of mine. Two weeks before my shower i scheduled a Celebrity Facial, teeth whitening, and while i was there we decided to put a little filler in my lips because my top lip disappears when i smile. First we did my facial, which consisted of microdermabrasion, a chemical peel, extractions and a brightening mask. Nedy was extremely thorough, extractions could easily be aggressive and painful and she was so gentle. I felt as if she didn't miss one single pore on my face. She explained every step through the entire process and what the benefits would be for my skin. The chemical peel is effective but gentle so I can return to work without my skin hanging off. We also did a sulfur mask to calm my skin and it had such a nice scent to it, it was so relaxing, and the brightening mask was the perfect ending to get my skin glowing again. My skin looks so radiant and I wanted to keep it that way so I asked her what I can use at home. She recommended products she felt would be good for me, i asked about a few (I'm a product junkie) and she was honest with telling me what she felt i did/did not need at this point in my skincare regimen. My teeth whitened 5 shades and they look amazing, the process was so gentle and I had no sensitivity like with other teeth whitening systems! My lips are so natural looking and not overdone.
