One of the most worst experience I've ever encountered. My lids are sore my eyes burn and they did a horrendous job applying the lashes. A few of my real lashes were taken off. She did lash removal and it was painful. Above my lashes my lids are swollen. It took them 3 1/2 for this mess. I drove very far. The top of my lids are wrinkled. I was charged $170.00 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! She followed me outside because the Zelle they have posted didn't work. But what about the bad job that was done deserves zero dollars. She did nothing to make up for it but wanted the $170 I told her I would Leave a review and she said that was fine.. so here it is! First impression, not great. Emailing back and forth was not ideal. Asking how I heard about them before allowing me to make an appointment like they filter their appointments as if you have a groupon or something. Then you get there, every thing seems good. You choose how you want your lashes to look, etc... you go back. The lady is so nice but it wasn't private rooms. Its table upon, table upon table, and everyone on top of another. Lashes weren't in the style I had selected and were super thin not full. Fine whatever. I leave and get home. 4 lashes have fallen out. I am not new to having lash extensions so I know not to touch the lashes, rub eyes or put on mascara or anything on the lashes, and NO eyeliner. I was having them done for an event for Friday and Saturday. I had the lashes done on a Thursday Night. By Monday more than half were off. The lashes are supposed to last up to 3 weeks. Mine didn't last a week. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Go some where else especially for the price. read more

There is one technician who is far superior to the others. There shouldn't be pain involved in lash extensions, and unfortunately at K eyelash it's almost unbearable unless you have the one tech who is clearly more experienced than the others, but even then, there's more discomfort than there should be. I was always happy with the results, but the pain was too much. Having them removed was also painful, but I am relieved to have them off. I will not be returning to K eyelash. read more

I would give two and a half stars if I was able to. I came to K Eyelash with a Groupon and was promptly shown what the Groupon was good for. Then I was told for an extra $20.00 they add on additional eyelashes. I told the girl at the desk since it was my first time I just wanted to use the Groupon and if I liked how things turned and wanted additional lashes added on I MIGHT add the additional $20.00. Guess what happened next? Yup, I was not asked if I would like additional anything. I get to the front desk and was told I owe 20.00 plus tax (came out to 24 bucks or so) for the full set. I am too polite a person to argue so I paid it but immediately felt the front desk did not listen to me or care what I wanted and I walked out feeling angry. On top of things they tried to sell me a tiny bottle of eyelash serum costing $100.00!!!!! Uhhhh.... I had no problem saying no to that. I took one look at the ingredients of this product and knew it was just a scam. This place is a bit pricey as is and I am not pleased that between the 24 dollars I was charged and they good tip I left the woman who did my lashes (she did do a great job so it was deserved!!!) I ended up spending almost what the Groupon was worth. I won't be back. These places are cropping up everywhere and I will go somewhere that isn't trying to squeeze every cent out of me. Honestly hate to be that person to leave a review and say they wish they could leave zero stars....but here i am, and here's why... My beautiful mama and i were trynna to find a perfect place to get our lashes done; me for prom which was in two weeks, and my mom to treat herself (she deserves it) so anyways always trying to save a buck we grabbed a groupon for this establishment and made our way to k lash (which to add insult to injury is 40+ minutes from our house) and upon arrival we were handed basic sheets to fill out while sitting in an unimpressive and kinda dusty waiting room. A few moments go by and the lady at the front desk asks if we were new customers my mother who had been there maybe a year prior said so and i said i was a new customer. The lady then said that my mom could not use her Groupon because she wasn't a new customer...okay. So I'm picking my lash preference and my mom is reviewing the groupon trying to see where it says "first time customers only" it doesn't...anywhere on the Groupon. She asks the lady where it said this on the groupon. she tells us that we were responsible to mention that she wasn't a first timer when we made the appointment....huh?? Moving on she tells my mother if she wants to use her Groupon (which we paid $65 for) she would have to pay $40. Which is very funny seeing as the same promotion the Groupon is for is advertised on the door for $79.99. So those who don't wish to do the math that's $105 for a service that they largely advertise for $80 ON THEIR FRONT WINDOW. My mom obviously refuses, and the woman realizan she isn't getting money from that then tells my mother she has to pay $20 for appointment cancellation.. DNKSSKISHS WHAT?! After my mom explaining the ridiculousness of that since there was zero prior knowledge of the "first time" rule and she was planning on doing business with them up until she got there she would not pay a $20 cancellation fee. The lady would respond "hmmm you have to pay" "hmmmm" we left seeing that there was zero respect and their only goal was to make money off of us. She said Usually everybody tip us $20. Regular price is $250. We have to get at least $20. I'm not rich. I wish I could tip her more but I didn't get eyelash extensions if it was regular price $250. I did it because it was $80. I calculated with $80. After I read other reviews, seems like they don't take a Groupon if it's not a first time visit. I have been getting my lashes done for about 7 years now. I am extremely picky when it comes to trying a new place. They have a great introductory Groupon offer and my lash tech was named Amy. You complete a chart while there of how you would like your lashes. I chose "Gorgeous" design, C curve, length 13 and I like my lashes a little more thick. I was very happy with how they came out. I usually get some type of 3D which I didn't have too. It's only been 2 days so I'm hoping they stay on in which I will update if they don't. I made an appointment here for my first time getting lashes. I had never gotten them before. Making an appointment was easy as was the process. The technician was also good (I didnt experience any problems with glue or anything) however compared to others I have seen with a "full set" my lashes looked very sparse. while they were long, they were not full at all; they probably used less lashes than other places is my guess. I never leave poor reviews as a business owner myself I understand the severity of a poor review. However I had the worst experience at K Eyelash. I called ahead of time asking if they offer hypoallergenic products and cure the glue due to a sensitivity issue- the lady on the phone assured me they have NEVER had an allergic reaction because they use both hypoallergenic products and cure the glue, so I booked an appointment. Upon arrival the lady at the desk was rude and handed me a sheet of paper to circle what type of lashes I wanted. I've had lashes for approx 8 months, so I was very precise about what I was looking for. I was brought into the back, the technician didn't say a word to me, just looked at the paper and started to tape my eyes. I reiterated what I wanted. Once the tech was complete she handed me a mirror...the lashes she did were no longer than my current lashes and weren't full coverage at all. I went to the front desk and explained that this was not what I asked for and she said for another $20 they could add more...why was that not explained upfront?!? Also she THEN suggested I use organic lashes they were the hypoallergenic lashes and provide more coverage, and told me next time I could get a new set for $250, once again why was this not offered upfront. She then got pushy and told me I needed to purchase the bundle refill package- I'm sorry but I was CLEARLY not happy with my service, why would you try to then offer me additional services with an additional price tag instead of just offering to fix the lashes then and there? I'm not one to write reviews but my goal in doing so is to hopefully prevent another individual from receiving poor quality/short lasting eyelash extensions. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this facility. I've visited this facility three times. At my first two visits I purchased the mink eyelash extensions which lasted approximately two weeks. At my most recent visit I was convinced to purchase the "organic" lashes because, according to the receptionist, I would get longer lasting results due to their material and light weight. Though initially I was skeptical secondary to the spike in price I listened to the feedback and went with it because after all "you get what you pay for" right?! In this case, not at all. Two to three days after my appointment the eyelashes began to fall out even though I strictly adhered to the care instructions. By the fifth day I lost 40 percent of my organic lashes with my natural lashes attached. I contacted the salon and made a follow up appointment. When I presented to get them replenished I was advised that, because it had already been one week, I would be charged an additional fee. I was appalled. I once again explained the history of this experience. My extensions should not have fallen out after just five days. I explained that i was not informed of their policy when I called to make the appointment. This quite honestly is bad customer service. In all fairness, the ambiance and cleanliness of this facility is great but the quality of service is poor. If you are in search of a place to relax K eyelash is the place to be but if you are looking for good quality long lashes take my advice and please refrain from coming here. There are several other facilities in the Denville area that offer affordable prices, good quality and better customer service experience. read more

First let me start by saying that the staff is very friendly and it is a clean environment. I also loved the way my lashes looked when she finished. However I would give this place zero stars if I could. My appointment was at 10a and she finished both eyes and I was back on the road by 11 which I think is a big reason why my lashes are falling out left and right and it hasn't even been 24hrs. Everytime I blink they start falling out. ESP in my right eye. Unfortunately for $80 plus a $15 tip this was a less then satisfactory experience and I will not be returning. I followed the after instructions to the Tee. I even bird bathed it and didn't go to the gym for 48hrs so as to not get my lashes wet. I called her the 48th hour to let her now the lashes in my right eye have fallen out excessively. She told me it's $30 for them to fix because it's been 48hrs. I asked why when I was following their instructions and clearly the glue hasn't dried or the lashes weren't attached correctly because they are falling out. She said it's $30 because they charge by the week. That makes no sense. Nevertheless I'm going to have to dispute this charge with bank. I called amazing lash studio in rockaway and they informed me they would wave the fee to remove the lashes and give me a new set. I'm just very disappointed that $95 of my hard earned money was wasted trusting this studio. It's even more disappointing because I drove from PA to get this done. read more

So far my permanent make up experience with K-Eyelash has been a good one. At the 2 week mark since it was done. My eyebrows are better than they were. I don't really see a difference in my upper lids or the repair they did for me on my lower lids. I go back in 2 weeks for the final process & will update my review then. Access & parking is great! When I complained, the owner said I could go back in and have some removed ( for a fee of course) if I was unhappy. I was also charged tax. I have used Groupons in the past and was NEVER charged tax! I am not one to write bad reviews but my recent experience has left me fairly frustrated.. I had heard good things K Eyelash and their 'organic' lashes. I was also told that people with sensitive eyes typically go here! I have had a reaction to lashes in the past, and thought I'd give this place a try since people spoke so highly of these natural lashes and glue. I called and spoke with the woman at the front desk and told her my concerns and previous history with lashes and asked if we could possibly only place a few of the extensions at first and see if my eyes could tolerate them, and then come back the next day for the full set if I didn't develop a reaction. She said that would be okay and I made an apt for later in the day... once I arrive, we have the SAME EXACT conversation again, and I told her how I was apprehensive about a full set until know how my eyes react to their product.. she proceeded to say that they do not do that (only place a few lashes at first), they never have reactions, and that if I did get one after a full set, that it would be free. I got the full set, they turned out very nice and the technician was very gentle. I paid $120 plus tip, and left. I was very excited with how they turned out. Fast forward to that night and my eyes swelled completely up and became extremely red and irritated. They looked even worse than last time. I went back to the salon as soon as they opened the next day to get them removed.They promptly removed the lashes, but I didn't get my refund like she said. She goes, well once your eyes settle you can come back and we will only do a couple at first and then a full set again for free. After this happening, why Would I EVER come and try again?? It's clear I have an allergy and will never get extensions again unfortunately. I am just very aggravated that she didn't listen to me at first and continued to press for a full set, because she swore up and down they don't get reactions there. I also didn't get refunded like she said I would if this were to happen. So I paid over $150 lashes that were on for a whole 10 hours awesome. I also had to go to an urgent care to get put on steroids and antibacterials. Obsessed!!! Had my appointment with Jenny. I was running late because I didn't realize how much traffic there would be on my route, they accommodated and had no problem taking me. I mentioned to them my previous eyelashes from another place had fallen out within days of receiving them. It's been 4 days and I haven't seen one fall out. They have heated beds and furry blankets and I fell asleep in a few minutes. They have makeup remover if you're coming from work like me! Got the Groupon $59 great deal!! They make you pay tax when you get there but I've had that happen with about 50% of the groupons I've bought in general. I tipped 20% of the full service cost. read more

I was a regular customer from 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with colon cancer and went on chemo and eyelash extensions made me feel so much better as I lost some of my hair and eyelashes from the chemo. At K eyelash you have to come every 2 weeks to get the rate for that contracted price. I am fine with that. I regularly get the eyelash extensions every other Friday. Last week I went on Wednesday (2 days early) as I was travelling on Friday. When I scheduled my next appointment I wanted to get back on my Friday schedule so I wanted my next appointment to be 2 weeks and 2 days from last appointment but still in keeping with every 2 weeks. I was told I would be charged an extra $20 because I was going on Friday instead of Wednesday. When I complained and said that was unfair they said that is too bad. I left and they have now lost a very loyal customer. The person I was working with was June. The next day a woman called me and said she was Sam, the owner, even though June told me Sam was a man. "Sam" never apologized and said that is the policy so too bad. I also believe their great reviews are based highly on a groupon discount you get only if you rate them 5/5 stars. Beware...they may be good at doing eyelashes but they have no idea how to treat a loyal customer! Also, I have never written a yelp review.
