I've been a Juvly Member for two years now. I have experimented with different services and fillers/wrinkle relaxers. Cool sculpting here is fantastic. I have done it twice. The first time I did the regular cool sculpt with the regular nozzle for my lower abdomen which definitely worked! It was not painful and there was definitely fat loss in the area. The second time I did the pro nozzle that Megan recommended. This procedure it longer, a little more painful and does a larger area for the same price. This worked even better! My stomach had such great results that Juvly wanted to use my photos on their site. I've tried micro needling recently and that made my skin dry. Multiple micro needling sessions need to be done every other month to show improvements in skin texture and elasticity. The classic facial and hydra facial are my favorite facials by far! The hydra facial makes my dry skin more radiant and my glowing results last for over a week. I've had my lips injected and wrinkle relaxers done. This place is great, clean and the employees are friendly. The membership program really cuts down the cost of the aesthetic services and it gives you discounts on high end products. read more

Love this place! After one visit I became a member. The staff is knowledgeable, Friendly, and professional. I was skeptical because I've never been to a med spa before. I am happy I chose Juvly. Naomi at the front desk was so easy to talk to and helpful. She made such a difference in my experience and I'm happy that she was the first person I encountered when walking in. I did coolsculpting and at first it was very uncomfortable then it got better then I barely noticed and didn't really want them to take it off. Slight cramping after but us ladies have had way worse cramping. Literally ten mins after I was perfectly fine with almost no redness. I can go to gym or ride my bike or whatever I want to do even though it hasn't even been 3 hours. I recommend Just got a facial today with Kylene. She is excellent! BEWARE!!! Solicitous and will waste your time. They had to reschedule me three times because people called out sick, which should have been a red flag, but I wanted to give them a chance, This was my first and last time going, and I had a Groupon for a 60 minute facial. They'll use most of your paid time to try and sell you a membership or products, like "prescription sunscreen". The facial itself was a 10-minute extraction done WITH HANDS on the face instead of tools and a brief lotion/sunscreen application. It was over as soon as I'd sat down! Before I realized it, she'd spent my entire hour pitching sales. I called Groupon and reported this business. I was given a full refund because other customers complained of the same issue. Please, solicit your sales AFTER providing a service if you must!! Overall, it was stressful, a waste of a Friday morning off, and very frustrating. read more

I've been shopping around for Cool Sculpting as I knew I was going to get a large commission check at the end of this month. First off, parking sucks. Secondly, they take pictures of your face (3 sides) when coming in for cool sculpting??? They only need 1 picture for records. I'm sure this was for some type of benefit for them marketing fillers/botox down the road. Thirdly, Pricing is double here for cool sculpting with same machine and applicators that I've seen at two other places. They try to make it sound better by saying "buy 4 get 2 free" etc to make it sound as if you are getting more. When I told the employee meeting with me that I could get a newer machine for $343 a session it was as if a door had been closed shut. No negotiation skills here. I'm im medical sales and at my last job I was #3/246 reps in the country...if you have no negotiation skills you are going nowhere fast and that is exactly what happened. I left in less than 5 minutes. It's kind of a shame I just received my commission check last Friday and had cash. read more

The two injectors Rafina and Diana left to open their own studio (yay). Unfortunately, I purchased a year membership with Juvly, over $1,000. There are now no appointments or providers working in the clinic, only Dr. Harper who flies in- but no dates are available to book. I spoke with customer service Karen Martinez on the phone, who refused to refund the prorated yearly membership cost, even though there are no appointments available to book, and stated she would put me on a "wait list" for when Dr. Harper will be back in Florida- yet she has no idea when that will be. This is unbelievably unprofessional, it is not the customers fault that there is no one to provide the services. Very disappointed. read more

Stay far away from this so called "Medical" Spa! Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff! Booked an appointment with a nurse practitioner and get an email the following day stating they had changed my appointment to another staff member without even consulting with me first or giving me the decency of a phone call! How's that to treat a first time client? Boggles my mind how this medical office would think this is okay or acceptable! I made my appointment with this medical professional for a reason seeing as they have no M.D. there. I do not trust my face to just anyone. The person they pushed me to is not even listed on their website or her credentials. This is definitely not how you do business or treat a customer period. My advice is stay away from this so called #1 rated medical spa. Juvly Aesthetics Customer Relations only emailed and called after I left a review and continuously lied to me about Danielle leaving and who was working. I had a great time at JUVLY Aesthetics. I went in for a Kybella consultation and treatment on 8/1/2018. I saw Diana Lopez and she answered all my questions about the procedure I was having done. Once I felt satisfied, I decided to go forward with the procedure. Diana gave me some numbing cream, grabbed the ice and then mapped out the area to be injected. The injections themselves took about 8 minutes, and I spent the rest of my time there icing the area. Daniella at the front desk was so precessional and kind, she told me about this awesome program they offer... it's a great deal... I didn't join but am highly considering. I have worked with several providers here including Diana who is great for Botox, and when I have called the 800 number I was helped by Marsha and she was extremely pleasant in helping me book appointments for things that cannot be completed/booked online. I have to rave about Juvly a moment. I have been getting lip filler for years. Unfortunately my body metabolizes the filler so fast I have to do touch ups more than usual. Throughout the years I have gone to different places including "insta-famous" dermatologists and a plastic surgeon. Ive always had good results but nothing so amazing. At Juvly, Refina, treated me. She was kind and funny and extremely knowledgeable. My lips look so pouty and doll like which is exactlyyyy what I told her I wanted and a look that's been hard for other practitioners to achieve. UPDATE : The office manager called me back after looking over my membership realizing that there was a lot of confusion on their end, which is what lead to a lot of confusion and frustration on my end. She understood why I was upset and corrected the issue. I do appreciate her prompt response and solution. Like I mentioned before it's not the staff at this location, they're always great and my skin has greatly improved since I started going there almost a year ago, it seems to be Juvly itself and that has some customer service and policy issue kinks to work out. A spa or medical spa should be a place where one pays and goes to relax and work on their aesthetics, it's unfortunate that the business end of things has been a haphazard experience. While I wish this all could have been avoided, I'm glad it's fixed and I appreciate the prompt response from the Fort Lauderdale location. read more
