eeks ago NEW I really wanted to like this place because they're so sweet. I've come here about 3 times and the quality is horrible. Recently I got a full set white French . I was told that I needed to get acrylic powder because I I wanted a skinny straight file so I did . I was rushed and then white painted on tip was very messy. 2 days later my nails started lifting.. I went back and the tech told me that it was my natural nails that were the cause lol.. she then told me it was the type of acrylic so I asked why are using it ?... I've worn arcylic powder for years and this never happened. I wish that she would have just said her application was horrible.I knew it was the fact that she rushed .. she then said she would glue them down and it would fix it .. now it's 3 days later and one has popped off . To pay 64 dollars and my nails only lasted 6 days is ridiculous.now I have to find someone to correct what they did after they said they fixed it..do yourself a favor and don't go here. I will never go back there again, my daughter & I went there to get our nails done & they done a crappy job, my daughter nails looked like a 3yr old did them & the man made my child bleed & didn't even listen to her or myself her nails started to fall off after a week & the lady who did mine messed mine up & they were all different links & size, if u can't do ur job stop doing nails, mine also are falling off after a week being done & I've spend over $100 getting our nails done & now my daughters real nails came off with the fake nail & & I'm highly pissed off, DO NOT GO THERE WASTE OF MONEY NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM we paid for gel & got acrylics not what we paid for y'all need to learn how to do nails y'all suck read more

If negative stars was a review I'd give them -5. Never had someone more rude to me. My nails look HORRIBLE. I asked the lady to redo my nails after not liking them and she replied "that's a lot of labor for me". She wouldn't let me speak to her manager and when I called she hung up on me. She was very rude, not willing to work with me, and seemed to want to argue with me. DO NOT waste your time or money on this place. My nails are un even and thick. I have been going here for years and have never been upset about the service or prices, I see a few negative reviews, but I have never been treated like this? I have been in the salon when people have come in being rude or snapping at the technician and yes the owner will call them down for it!! I always get long vampire nails with multiple designs and they do their best to insure I'm happy!!! As for the price I have noticed it's all ways the same and if I want something really wild they ask if it's okay for it to cost more money first, but they're never rude about it!!! read more

I'm from out of town and I thought this would have been a great place to go to. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I simply asked for the coffin shape and I ended up getting very thick square shaped nails. The tech that I had tried his best to make my sister and myself comfortable, but felt otherwise. Especially when the original nail tech asked my shape, she said coffin in another language. I'm assuming it was because she didn't know how to do it. I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. Poor customer service, I wasn't even asked was that the right shape, did I like my nails, nothing like that. read more

I gave this place a multiple chances. I've gone three times.. every single time they make me bleed. My pedicure was rough and not relaxing. My big toe bled. And each time with acrylics they make my fingers bleed. My eyebrow wax I was terrified I was going to lose my eyebrows.. she put all the wax on and strips and pulled them all off at once. When I tried eyelashes they got the glue in my eye. It was terrible. Also with my acrylics I tried to ask for long in length since I get stiletto. I was told they were impractical and they did them much shorter. Never again read more

Second time coming here despite my better judgement and had an even worse experience than the first! The skinnky guy that works there with the faint beard has the most rudest customer service ever! BOTH TIMES! And then on top of that I asked for basic acrylic coffin nails but long. Before he even puts the nails on my fingers he tells me it's $36 (which I was fine with) then say that if I want longer it'll be $70! How do you go from $36 for regular coffin length to $70 for longer! They give you whatever price they want and if you don't want to pay it then they'll gladly send you on your way! I was very unhappy with this salon..owner is quite rude! I went 3 different times, and was not satisfied with the quality of work. owner was rude each time...so I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. I found them less expensive, so tried them a couple of times, but had to end up going back to the other place as I had 4 nails that had lifted in less than a 2 week period, so ended up having them soaked off and re-applied.
