I still had callus on my feet when I was finished! I paid extra and still had callus. ( he didn't open a new Emory board he used a used purple one that looked to be used on multiple people. INSANITARY!!) , when I told them all he did was add oil to my feet. Over all hated the experience. The woman who did my man's hands and feet was good and opens all new things for his pedicure. Won't be coming back. Im not sure how they got such a good rating. Over priced for not getting what I paid for.

They guy who was doing my nails was moving very quickly, but after saying something to him about how stressful it was having such quick movements with a sharp tool around my toes, he settled down without attitude. The finished outcome was satisfactory. I would come here again but I will probably check out some of the other salons in the area as well.

This last time I went on Friday May 22nd, the person who done them was clearly in a rush (also didn't push my cuticles back).. one of my nails ended up smudging by 12pm the next day (of course I didn't take a picture). I called and they questioned whether or not I had gel.. wouldn't have called if I didn't.. they told me they could fix it. Before I could even make it another nail smudged. I get there, the guy who did my nails the very first time fixed them this time. He took the gel polish all the way off of one nail, then the other he just filed a tad bit and repainted it. Here it is Monday May 25th & and the nail he half filed and repainted has chipped, along with another nail that the person who messed up my nails done. I've spent $100 both times, left $15 tips both times. It's ridiculous my nails are messed up by barely day 2 & day 4.

They'll say they can do what you want before even seeing a picture, then get snappy when you say it doesn't look right. If you need to tweak something, ask me first so we agree on something before the nails are halfway done and say "well they used this". Just more frustrating than relaxing to be spending that much money for the quality you pay for. And you can't be rushing with that nail drill because it gets hot, especially when they're being "heavy handed". Also, the lashes look good but it pulls your natural lashes out so bad with the glue/amount they use. And they don't remove them for you so definitely order the professional lash adhesive before you consider them. Hate they aren't like they were before.

I was told that I needed to get acrylic powder because I I wanted a skinny straight file so I did . I was rushed and then white painted on tip was very messy. 2 days later my nails started lifting.. I went back and the tech told me that it was my natural nails that were the cause lol.. she then told me it was the type of acrylic so I asked why are using it ?... I've worn arcylic powder for years and this never happened. I wish that she would have just said her application was horrible.I knew it was the fact that she rushed .. she then said she would glue them down and it would fix it .. now it's 3 days later and one has popped off .
