I called to the store to see what was used on her and Sharron, who clames to be the owner, got defensive right off the bat. She said it wasn't a cut or burn but the skin was "lifted" and would go away in a couple of days and was caused by a reaction to the face wash my daughter used. My daughter used over the counter Neutrogena basic face wash. She doesn't have sensitive skin. Just an every day face wash. And when I said somthing about the difference in her eyebrows Sharron blamed it on the last place she had them done at over a month ago. The last time she had them done they made them to thin, NOT TO SHORT, so she decided to look for somewhere else to have them done. Well now she would rather have them to thin then different lengths and a wound on her eye lid. Sharron talked for 7 min. stright and wouldn't let me talk, just defended her actions the whole time. I dont even know If she apologized to my daughter because she was to busy being defensive about the wound on her eyelid trying not to take blame for what she did. Removal of old gel polish was gentle and fast. Great selection of gel polish. The paraffin wax was not too hot, and towel wrap after massage was relaxing. The nail techs did a great job and a phenomenal massage. DND polish was used. Other pedicure services range from $25 for a basic and $55 for a hot stone pedicure. Very happy that I came and cannot wait to go back
