Long story short- the tails of my eyebrows are practically gone and she did not even use any kind of trimmers/scissors to trim the front of my eyebrows. They're okay but it's just not what I wanted. The man was very kind and did what I thought was a good job. I paid with my card and left him a 10 dollar cash tip. I did not realize at the time that the price for a gel mani is $42. The man charged my card $59.83. I will say there is a 3% charge on the card but I don't believe that comes out to almost $60.... So whatever, I pay and leave. 2 days later I have 2 nails already peeling. Not chipping. Peeling. 2 days after that 4 were peeling. I came in today because I was very upset and they weren't even concerned about helping me at first. They just wanted to know which person did this which is fine and they wanted to check the cameras... ummm hello, I have the bank statement (which I showed them when I walked in) One guy fixed my 4 nails (even tho im pretty sure the rest are going to peel in the coming days) At the end, they still didn't believe me and so I showed the bank statement again and the nail tech walked away with my phone opened on my bank account. I dont know if that weird or not but I was extremely uncomfortable which my bank being open and him walking away so I grabbed my phone and came with him. They asked for my phone number and said they were going to call me once they checked the cameras. So I explained the bank statement again and showed the guy who spoke the best English. They offered my a $10 gift card to the salon and I told them no because I never want to come back here. They gave me $10 cash and I walked out. Moral of the story: make sure they cure the nails enough and dehydrate them in the beginning (they didn't do that for me) and check the prices before you pay. There was no prices available to look at when I walked in the first time but it was there today. The people are fun but the quality is so bad.

While the business revolves around an older clientele don't let that fool you. The staff regularly attends hair shows, seminars, and conferences to keep up to date in techniques and coloring. I usually hate going to salons because most stylists are either stuck-up or don't know what they are doing, Not here! All that was offered was a fix for the next day. I asked the receptionist to speak with the manager. The receptionist came back on the line as stated " we can offer a fix". I asked to speak to the manager again. Again I was put on hold. After a 7 minute hold another receptionist came on the line stating the manager left 25 minutes ago. It is obvious I was being lied to and given the run around. I asked for a return phone from the manager, DeAnna or the nail tech, Angie and never received one. Went the next morning to speak with the manager in personal. Again she nor Angie were available to speak with me. Left the salon stating they have lost a client.
