I came to get my eyebrows done because this place was near by. I specifically said I want to keep my eyebrows thick and to just clean them up. She said okay and seemed to understand the assignment. Long story short- the tails of my eyebrows are practically gone and she did not even use any kind of trimmers/scissors to trim the front of my eyebrows. They're okay but it's just not what I wanted. I wanted to keep them thick not thin them out like it's the 2000s. This is why I stay doing my eyebrows at home anyways. Very nice lady though. read more

I was asked if I wanted to trim my nails. I asked for just shaping since I'm trying to grow them out. The tech then proceeded to cut half of my nails off. When she asked what I thought I said I just wanted them shaped not cut she just laughed. The hunt continues for a decent nail salon. read more

I've been to this salon multiple times though not on a regular basis. I've been happy with my experiences--past reviews about friendly techs, great options, and my personal experience keeps bringing me back. This last time was a disaster purely because the nail tech was someone who clearly didn't like her job. She had black hair, an accent (potentially European), and was not Asian. I sat in the chair, which was next to Tracy's area. I got nothing in terms of a greeting, acknowledging my presence, her name, etc as she was too busy on her phone and talking to Tracy and Tracy's client. My appointment was for extensions with Gel-X. I was looking for a color based on pictures I shared with her. She couldn't be bothered to say something like "that's a nice color" or "we can probably find something similar". Long story short, she brought one ring of colors and was clearly irritated based on her tone that I was asking questions seeking other options. When I politely asked for other rings, she told me this was the only option. I'm not a regular so I took her word for it only to find out later she was wrong. Her facial and body expressions made it clear she could care less and I don't have the energy to deal with people like her. In fact, anytime I tried to bring up small talk, there was no response or a sullen one word response. This makes for a long appointment when it's clear that other employees are happy to be there and engage with their clients. Hindsight I should have said something to Tracy or asked for another tech who had a better attitude. But then again Tracy sat next to her the entire time and clearly wasn't paying attention to her employee's lack of customer service. And to top it off, one of the nails came completely off a week later when I was traveling overseas. While I appreciate all the other techs I've engaged with, this particular person has me doubting whether I come back or recommend this salon. read more

I've been going to Tracy's Nail Bar consistently (every two weeks) since the fall of 2021. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very flexible. It's a fun salon and the staff seem more like family than coworkers with their interactions. I've never been disappointed with my manicures, I've also gotten full sets done that were beautiful, and Victor gives the BEST pedicures. You won't be just another dollar or number to Tracy and her staff. She is a great listener, wants to support all of her clients (I often hear her talking about following and supporting customer businesses), and runs a genuinely good business. Also, the fact that they're appointment only means you won't be left standing around as a walk in wondering when you're going to get worked on, and you won't have walk ins that throw off and cut in front of appointment times. read more

Went to Tracy's for the 1st time today and it is definitely going to be my new go to spot for nails! Everyone was so friendly and personable and my full set turned out beautifully! My pedicure was wonderful, very relaxing and not rushed at all. The salon was clean and well maintained as well. read more

I went here for the first time and it was such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and professional. I had a difficult nail design but the artists took it on and it turned out great!! they have many talented artists here. What struck me though was how caring the staff was. They had many regulars and knew what they were in for/their color preferences/even checking up with their home life. It was nice to see a place both talented and kind. I have heard nothing but rave reviews on FB about this local nail salon. I agree 100% with them all. I sent a FB messenger request for an appointment for a mani and a pedi. The response was within hours for a confirmed appointment time I desired. Upon arrival we had to sign in on the sheet Covid times right now. She asked we leave a phone number and return to our car for text, which is normal nowadays. There were people leaving at the same time so we got to wait inside while the areas were cleaned. All the employees were professional and accommodating. I felt right at home and this was my first visit! I will definitely be coming back and supporting my local small shop!
