However the wrong countertop was delivered the day of my second install date. Not sure how the wrong countertop was cutt when I went there and selected the one I wanted. Secondly the cutt made to my pipes for the sink to fit was cutt too deep, I had to go yet another day without a sink because the plumber needed to do additional work due to the cutt. But hey it's not their problem because they're not plumbers. Between my sink being cracked mysteriously, the wrong countertop being delivered and my pipes being cutt too deep. And for all that no discount on the cost. It's safe to say I will not recommend this company. Apparently they are careless on small jobs. That's the taste left in my mouth by this experience.

This place is great!…read more For the past year I've had a granite counter top has needed to be cut, but every place I've tried to go to has been closed on Saturdays (hard to get out of work to travel to get stone cut). Finally I heard about Iib Stone from one of the wife's friends and we called to verify they were open on Saturdays; and yes they were. We took a little drive up to Suwannee this past Saturday not knowing how much it was going to cost to get the stone cut and were pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 to cut it. Others we had called said it would be between $60 and $100 for the same amount of work. That's 5 stars all the way for me! Not only will Iib cut some stone you have, but they also sale and specially cut granite, marble, etc to fit your needs. If I'm ever building or remodeling I'll call Iib for my stone and stone cutting needs.

Here' s the problem-the medicine cabinet is coming out of the wall. According to the directions the insert should have been built out. It doesn't seem that is the answer. I say this bc the screws on the inside of the cabinet are coming out. We have tried to put them back in at an angle hoping to hit the wood but they are only hitting drywall. As a result the top of the medicine cabinet is leaning forward-therefore the door is not attaching as it should. I know it is a matter of time before the medicine cabinet comes out of the wall. I reached out to Miguel on a Monday & he stated he was slammed today but he could come out on Tuesday between 10:00-11:00. I said I will make it work. I rescheduled my work and waited on him until noon. I called and left him a message as well as texted no response. I called and left several messages/texts.....nothing! Fast forward, I emailed the company and Pedro responded to send photos so they can bring what is needed when they come out. I sent photos back-nothing. I have called Pedro and left messages w/ him and sent a follow up emails-nothing! I called Miguel again and left a message and sent a text asking him to text me-no response. I have given their information out to several friends looking to have work done. I as well as anyone how far a recommendation goes. Now I have to retract my recommendation and I hate that. I not only trusted but also paid Erazo Design to complete a job & stand behind their work-now it appears I am out more money to have someone come out and fix what should have been done to begin with. So much for having them to remodel my secondary bathroom and kitchen. Knowing what I know now, I would not use them again. Not the type of customer service I would have expected from this company.
