First time in this shop and I'm very happy I did stop by! They have a massive selection of disposables and they had my favorite nic' salt brands Market Place. They also have a big selection of vapes and accessories. Sean was my salesman and he made some nice recommendations and was extremely easy to talk to.. Dave (and other associate I didn't catch his name) were very friendly as soon as I walked in, and Dave had perfect suggestions for me. I told him what I liked and what I didn't, he had reputable knowledge of what he was recommending to me and he totally nailed it. I got Exactly what I wanted, and hadn't been satisfied with a very large number of previous recommendations from other shops so it's exciting I finally got what I was looking for. Customer Service has gone down hill fast in this store. I have been going to this store since it opened. The person I worked with today while I was getting a mouthpiece. Just throw the display at me and said, "Take your pick". He was not very customer oriented at all. I sure hope you guys figure out what you're doing. I have 800+ points. I'm working towards getting my thousand so I can get my discount and possibly moving on to another shop that cares. I just thought I would share my concerns. Bought 2 more vapes from this shop as I always do. One vape doesn't work properly. Called Funky republic. I told the lady who answered the phone "manager" what it was doing and she said it was a misfire. ( it's when you take a hit and quit, and it keeps hitting by it self for a few seconds after you're done hitting) She said that to many days had passed to return it. If it had been "one maybe two" her words, then they could replace it. even though it is still 100% full of juice shown in the display window. I had just opened it today but I bought them last week. I believe this thing cost around $25. If this was a disposable without a display to show the juice level then I could understand their policy. But this brand has the juice level display. It clearly is full. Also, it comes 40% charged right out of the box, when I took a couple hits and realized something was wrong it jumped to 30%. Clearly this thing has issues. In this scenario, they should have replaced it and kept a customer. Note: Every vape should be opened immediately after purchase and tested before you walk out the door. Lesson learned. And now cloud slingers 1 mile east of this shop has a new customer! And they charge less for the same item! read more

So I bought a Geek Vape from this place on Feb 10th. I spent $108 on it . On 03/13 It broke. Since JVapes only gives a refund 30 days and under they would not give me a refund. One day, it had been 31days. I had to buy another one. The one I got was $66 and I was supposed to get a 20% discount but looking at my receipt I did not get a discount either. A young man presented me with his container of juice so I could smell it and get an idea of what I was about to spend 30 dollars on. His rude co worker sternly and I mean "sternly" informed him that they arent allowed to do that. I remember when you used to be able to sample these expensive products. I was so frustrated and how the young man was treated by his co worker. Im the damn customer I should be able to know what Im buying to avoid buyers remorse. Unprofessional...to say the least. They have so many products but you will never know until you try it for yourself and by then its too late if you dont like the expensive juice you just forked over your hard earned cash for its too bad. I literally hate this place now. Ive spent hundreds of dollars at this store over time. I remember the good days when they would let you sample the products. Covid ruined this place its honestly laughable now. Go to another shop or buy your juice online if you know what you like you will save a lot of money. read more

Need to consider looking for another shop to buy from. They are over priced on most of their product they stock and they don't carry any other options for the product they do carry. Customer service is poor they rather talk to each other and hold the counter down then help you. They have options in juice only which is good. read more

I HAVE TO REVIEW JVAPES MY #1 VENDOR OF EJUICE... after the last 3 1/2 years of heavily trying hundreds of companies of juices and meeting vendors... I am FINALLY leaving a review for jvapes... I have been vaping jvapes ejuice for almost 4 years now and they are BYFAR the ONLY vendors ejuice that i can HONESTLY say that i do NOT hate ANY of their flavors... I have a VERY picky pallet.. and its super hard to find juice i like... there are only about 30 juices out of the hundreds ive tried thus far from tons of other vendors that i like..
