I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here. After seeing the absolutely ridiculous bong prices for absolute crap products. I desperately needed a smoking utensil so I gravitated to the Sherlock bubblers. The price was decent so I took a gander. The first piece I picked to look at did even stand without almost falling over right off the bat. Then I chose what I though was a decent piece. Good size bowl, good bowl hole, decent smoke chamber. I purchased this although very reluctant. I took home the pipe to find a giant crack right in the front by the bowl, then anothe 90 degrees to the right of the first crack. I decided to use it anyways. The shop looked like it could use the money. Long story short. The pipe broke in half , not where a crack was but right where the mouthpiece and the chamber join. There was no proper fusion and when taped slightly by an object. The pipe fell apart. I would not recommend any weed smoking utensils from this brick n mortar.
