The girl then when I purchased it was very nice to me and told me that I had one week to bring it back if something was to happen to it and didn't work. Well that's exactly what happened and the device never worked and I brought it back and she was very rude to me and denied ever telling me that I could bring it back so I left very disappointed and she was very rude and told me to come back when the manager was there. I went back just yesterday and the manager was worse than this girl was to me and very rude and all I wanted was to exchange my device for one that worked. I ended up paying $10 more and I still can't believe that happens and she gave me 10% off and I will never go back there and I cannot believe they are allowing these people to run that store like this

This hidden gem carries the standards as far as disposable vapes (Geek, Lost Mary, etc), but one of the best things about this shop is the owner. Not only friendly, she is beyond accommodating in catering to her customers, and makes a point to keep certain items stocked for regulars. One upside to this (besides the obvious) is finding occasional unexpected items that other places don't carry. So if your regular shop stopped carrying your favorite vape or hiked up their prices, definitely give this place a shot. Most shops between here and Prescott seem to be coming under the ownership of larger chains, which often results in sub-par customer service (I can't be the only one who feels like a nuisance at certain shops when all I wanna do is buy my stuff and go). Meanwhile Vape Town remains independently owned AND legitimately cares about their customers' wants. Supporting local indie shops is just one reason among many that you should absolutely check this place out. You won't regret it.

I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here. This thing has no recharge port, these will always run out of battery before the juice. Shortly after, it wouldn't stop burning after a hit. It would sizzle and then finally go out after about 10 seconds. Then it just stayed burning and sizzling with the light on, never stopping. It's now outside on the front rocks, waiting for it to explode or burn up or something. They sell the typical junk from overseas that is unreliable, but won't back the product.
