JARS' products are great, and their prices/deals are sometimes the best in town. Their management style and treatment of their employees, leaves a lot to be desired. I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here. Been there twice. Long lines both times at least a 30 minute wait. If I wanted that I'd have stayed in Florida. Selection was decent.

Nick was incredible, this was my second visit and it did not disappoint! Not only is the building clean and organized but I was greeted with smiles all around. Nick gave me great recommendations on products, shared the current sales in the store and assisted me with using the ATM with no rush. I hate this dispensary. They are the worst there. They will make a mistake on their pricing and then not honor the price once it is pointed out to them. I don't ever have a good experience when I come here I always leave upset and I will never come back to any jars, no matter the state its in this place is garbage read more

While the staff is still great, SWC now runs out of product on a regular basis, which never used to happen. (Also, the accumulation of discount points has pretty much gone away.) The corp is NOT on top of ordering. Hopefully they will get their act together soon, because the acquisition has harmed the SWC brand.
