They never showed, so I called back and was told he couldn't make it today, but maybe next week. I told them not to bother. They are way too unreliable, not to mention rude and unprofessional. Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder? How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.
