The best thing that I ate though were the two side dishes, the Robichon potatoes were so smooth and creamy and delicious and I usually don't like creamy potatoes I usually like lumpy potatoes and the sticky coconut rice I will be eating for lunch today as I had a little bit of it leftover. But when the steak was brought back out it was way overcooked, burnt and tasted charred. So obviously, it wasn't edible. I think what was disappointing was the fact that the chef allowed the steak to be served like that.

It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of The InterContinental hotel. The host stand for the restaurant is located directly across from what appeared to be the guest check-in desk. It was a little confusing. Several of the items on the menu were very appealing, the B&B Omelet, Croque Monsieur, and Ribeye French Dip to name a few, but I opted for the Little Gem Caesar with Blackened Salmon. My husband ordered The Traveler with eggs over-medium. Everything was perfectly prepared. The proportions for the salad were just right and the salmon was juicy, flavorful and crisp from the blackening. My husband wasn't expecting the somewhat unique preparation of the breakfast potatoes, but I found them to be satisfyingly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I also ordered the seasonal Strawberry Margarita with a sugar rim. It was light and refreshing. The atmosphere is very chic, stylish and feels very upscale. The dining room, and even the restrooms, boast this amazing natural light from all of the great, big windows! Our server, Roop, was kind and attentive and the hostess was warm and inviting.
