Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

When I reached out to the owner, Eric, I was met with the same lack of accountability. This experience showed me that honesty and integrity are not priorities for this business. If something this simple cannot be acknowledged or resolved, I would be extremely concerned about having them work on my home. If damage happened during a job, I worry it would be denied rather than handled professionally. Based on my interaction with the owner and how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend Dawson's Concrete.

they dragged their feet a year longer on getting my home. so many excuses and I was locked into a…read moreHUD loan so I was stuck . they never completed my home . there were holes patched in ceiling . damaged and wrong appliances . demanded $500. to exchange to the right appliances, so stuck with those and stove was no good and had to be thrown out so I had no cook stove for 5 years till someone donated a used one . the workers told me they used scrap pieces to finish house and it has shown from day one . never fixed issues properly . the siding buckles in cold and heat . the ceiling light fan in living room never worked properly and still can't use it or house will burn. light on porch had electrician look at and the wires are all cut short by several feet and it would be a big job to get it all wired . camelot told me the only way they can fix and finish home was i sign papers then I did and they took off . couple months later they slapped me with a $15,000. illegal lien which I had get family to pay for a lawyer to fight it and lawyer did that said they are doing everything illegal, going against their own contracts . the kitchen counter tops all buckled up the first couple years I had it the flashing buckles up in heat because it is all scrap pieces done wrong . one of the supports on porch I bent . I am low income and can't afford to even have someone finish and fix things . the carpet guys said I didn't even have the good carpet the house was supposed to come with and it was to short in master bedroom since day 1 . workers also told me I was getting screwed over by Camelot homes . the skirting was done wrong and they cut 2 corners with it so when wind blows it blows out on one side . toilets both broke the first month I had house . everything is cheap junk . spoke to colonial homes in Pennsylvania about issues that it came from straight from factory and they were extremely nasty and unprofessional . I would not recommend these people if they were my worst enemy . if there ever was a class action lawsuit count me in

He came back the next day to do a better assessment and discovered we would need to remove our very old drain trap. His crew came out the very next day and removed it after cutting a small access hole in the hall ceiling. They guys were quick and efficient and discovered a very old rag lodged in was the clog. In doing so they also discovered a rotted spot that could have cause thousands in damage. Had we gone with anyone else I don't think that would have been caught and we could be up to our eyeballs in water damage. These are now my go to plumbers and I hope you will give them a shot too! The work was fairly routine, new vanities and tile flooring. After one year I had a problem with one of the toilets. When you can move the toilet by hand something is wrong . When I removed the toilet to check it out and replace the wax ring I discovered that one of the " closet " bolts was never installed properly. It was never under the toilet flange but just on top of it . Poor Workmanship and No Quality Control ! I 'm Lucky it didn't leak like Crazy ! Do not use this Contractor for Anything !
