So it seemed logical to engage them to do some follow up repair work. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Steve and his wife, Anita, insisted on an $8k deposit, then gave my parents the run around for months. They finally heard from the State that Steve hadn't even filed the necessary permits in time, thus the entire project was a no-go. Despite a few strongly worded letters, Steve and Anita refused to refund my parents their hard earned money. One lawsuit later, I realized that we're not the only ones who have had a bad experience. If you want your work done, then go to one of the other Lakes Region's contractors.

He asked if he could add branches and debris from neighbors tree onto ours, and he would come to remove in a few days. My mistake was to trust him. He took the money and ran. My neighbor and I called, texted and emailed him but never received a response. Needless to say, we had to hire somebody else to come and remove the huge mound of Debris. I do NOT recommend hiring Brian. He scammed us!
