All of the crew were great to deal with and I'm completely satisfied. Also his wife Lori is great too and you know she is more than capable of getting things done on her end. We felt comfortable hiring Stu after meeting with him a few times, and we weren't wrong!! Our deck is gorgeous and I was blown away by how quickly it was completed! Stu and his entire team are friendly and attentive and they truly care about their clients. They're coming back on Thursday to start a total replacement of our kitchen including removing a wall and redoing a lot of electrical and plumbing, and we're already planning on having them build us a garage and remodel our bathrooms as well. More importantly Mike advertised himself as a licensed plumber and I later found out he was not. The N.H. attorney general brought him in a couple days ago for a disciplinary hearing and proposed a 4k dollar fine which he will surely have to pay. There was so many issues with the work Mike did I brought him to small claims court and won a judgment of $7,300.00 but that doesn't even begin to cover the cost to redo his amateurish and unlicensed work and thats if we even ever get paid .According to court records Mike has been sued 9 times over the last 10 years and he lost all but one law suit.He has been arrested for failure to pay and is constantly being brought back to court by others he owes money to just as we will have to do.While doing our job Mike said he couldnt come in a couple days because he didnt feel well and come to find out he was actually in court those days,its all public record.Mikes son works with him and again through court records we found out his son is a felon for more than one reason but the one that I found most concerning was for multiple drug charges and this is a kid that was going in and out of my bedroom. Mike and Darlene are con artists that need to be shut down. They are extremely rude, filthy unprofessional people. We read the revies and thought he would do a good job based on them but come to find out a lot of the positive reviews they have are from friends and family and the negative ones they get dont stay up long because Darlene being the master manipulator she is somehow gets them removed.Do yourself a favor and Check out Mike Troila and his family through the N.H. court records and save yourself time money and aggravation ,I sure wish I did prior to hiring him he turned my life upside down and now I will have to struggle to try to get my judgment from him for what I assume will be years to come based on the fact I havent seen a dime and apparently he isnt paying all the other people he owes either. On first sight my bathroom looks good however once you look around you see so many mistakes. The ones that my eyes always go to is how none of my floor tiles are straight or even across. My pathway is so wonky looking with no real prominent curve. His eye for detail is so lacking. It's sad especially when doing tile work. There is lots of missing grout and caulking. I waited years to get my dream bathroom but when I walk into my bathroom it's disappointing. My husband and I tried to tell Mike but he has no interest. When my husband left a review they harassed him and threatened to call the police. Very unprofessional company. Even now as I leave this review they are harassing us.

Peter came in and quickly figured out what was going wrong, gave us a quote, and got to work. He even showed up on weekends with his sons to get the work done since he knew we had been living with the issue for some time and were desperate to get the wall closed up. The work is meticulous, and the house looks amazing in time for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to work with. Chris and Kim are just wonderful. Very nice, very professional and very efficient. I can't stress enough just how precise and meticulous the work was. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me.
