Two people came the day before to set up the tent, and the only reason I deducted a star is that they leave the tables and chairs in the driveway and we had to bring to the yard. He gave us two different locations for pick, each far from each other like 45min. He promised that he will deliver those 3 chairs for the day of the wedding and HE LIED. We had to find another company to get those 3 chairs in the last minute. He NEVER gave us refund. Horrible service!! I do not recommend this company at all. I feel sorry for the owner because he lack professionalism and manors. Based on conversation that he had with my manager he truly thinks he can charge to people and not delivering paid merchandise. Illegally he tried to use my card on file for additional charges.
