I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. The shades we bought ended up not being the perfect fit for the new fixture we wanted to use in the dining room, but Jeff and Chase were patient and knowledgeable to know how to "sand this, and cut that " and made the shades work and look beautiful!
