I'm sure the others have done the checks but it was nice to hear that everything was good. Most importantly for me, this location recommends accurate oil change intervals based off mileage. The past 3 or 4 Grease Monkeys I've gone to have recommended an oil change every 3,000 miles for full synthetic oil which is absolutely wrong. This was a pretty great deal for the unlimited month. Come twice and I've made it worth the introductory offer. Car came out surprisingly clean (note how bad it was!) that I didn't feel I needed to go through again. Vacuumed out my car with the free vacuums. They did the job but two stations had proven vacuums and one of the two I used was so weak it took multiple passes to clean what should have been done in one from experience Ms at other washes. I'll be back for sure, but I'll pay attention to those vaccines next time before getting too committed to a spot.

I took my car in, paid for the deluxe and specifically made sure it came with bug remover, the first time around, absolutely no bug spray was sprayed, they didn't wash down the back either- no big deal we all get busy. I notified a staff member where she told me to go back through, upon going through again, I had to yell for the young man who was operating the wash because again- no bug spray. He lightly sprayed over my roof for about two seconds, as I came out of the car wash I notified the manager that again he was not going to use bug spray and he literally sprayed over my hood as my vehicle was rolling in, she said she would go and spray it herself and to go through again, but I should use their self service bug area... if that's the case, why pay for a Deluxe? Why have I never had this issue? At this point another young man began taking pictures of my license plate and the staff began talking amongst each-other as if I had done something wrong when I had expressed my concern after the very first car wash. Even after all of that I left with my windshield and front end of the car still full of bugs. This is how business is lost, after all my years of coming I have never experienced bad customer service. Everyone has always been so thorough, efficient, and polite. This experience will not prevent me from continuing to support Wash Fox, but I definitely will not be returning to the Thornton location anytime soon. This type of experience is disappointing when you go out of your way to support specific businesses.

Given that the truck was dirty enough that I thought a basic wash wouldn't be enough, I opted for the most expensive "platinum" wash. The whole car wash maybe lasted about a minute total and got the surface dust off but none of the bug splatter, grime, etc off.
