This Grease Monkey location is clean, quick, and has great customer service. I was in and out relatively quickly even on a weekend. They even gave me a rundown on all the items they checked during my visit which not many locations have done in my experience. I'm sure the others have done the checks but it was nice to hear that everything was good. Most importantly for me, this location recommends accurate oil change intervals based off mileage. The past 3 or 4 Grease Monkeys I've gone to have recommended an oil change every 3,000 miles for full synthetic oil which is absolutely wrong. Very rude and unprofessional place , went there today for an oil change, told them to drain the oil for 15 minutes and I did double check to see if they can , and the tech guy said yes , shortly after that they told me is done ,they didn't even drain it, I don't understand saying yes but not doing it. While I was talking to the tech some guy came with name Eric so unprofessional started yelling and using F word so disrespectful saying that's all we do . never ever in my entire life seeing a manager talk to a customer like that . Service was quick. It is good if you do not mind your car dripping oil for 2 weeks. I looked under the engine cover and yep, there was oil all over it. It does not take too much time to do a good job, vs a crappy job. Probably will not return. Too many other places change oil that does not leave spots all over the driveway and garage. read more

Came in on a Friday afternoon to get an oil change. It took less than 20 minutes which was great! When I went to collect my car AJ who was the owner or manager of the store went through everything with me. He not only did my oil but he checked a lot of other things for free and adjusted a couple things that needed fixing. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I was having a hard time changing my headlight bulbs, so I took my car there to have them look at it and to get a price estimate for them to do it for me. Well they started working on it and told me it won't cost me anything. I've never had that happen at any auto repair shop ever, so many shops try to get me to pay extra for something but these guys are professional and genuine. PLEASE READ. TERRIBLE! Do not let these people touch your vehicle. We regularly took our 2017 Tundra to this branch for servicing. They are the only shop that has worked on this vehicle. So we are very upset that they would treat loyal customers in this way. Here's the story - We wanted them do replace differential fluids as a part of our service. They couldn't even do the work on the front differential because they had over-torqued the bolts the last time they serviced it, stripping them into place. They said they would order a new bolts and call in 3 days so we could come in and get them replaced, and they could finish the fluid change. This never happened. A month or so later, the truck was making strange noises, so we took it to to a Toyota dealership (full service mechanic). They found that the rear differential was filled with water. The only people to touch the differentials on this car was Grease Monkey. They didn't seal it properly, allowing water to get in. This is a $4,000 repair at Toyota. Grease Monkey will not help us at all because they say we voided their warranty by not taking it to them first. We thought the issue was in the motor, which is why we took it to a full service mechanic. How were we supposed to know that the problem was the differentials?? Thinking about getting the truck towed from the Toyota dealership to Grease Monkey, and having them do a full diagnostic to find that they caused the issue. Its ridiculous! Why can't companies ever do the right thing when they make a mistake?! This is costing us $4,000 to fix, and we didn't even cause the issue. We take care of our vehicles, always doing FULL services before they are due (this is hundreds of dollars at Grease Monkey), and this is what happens... If they can help us with our issue, I will happily update my review. read more

Did an oil change here without realizing they screwed up the bolts on the skid plate. Went to another place for the next oil change and they couldn't even take the bolts off- they were so stripped! They would not touch it. Went back to grease monkey and they said they do not have the tools to fix it. Thanks a lot, excellent work. Be weary coming here, folks. read more

What a letdown. I was surprised when I called on a Saturday at 1pm to see what their wait time was. Quote "We don't have no wait time right now". Score! Got there, an unfriendly woman asked if I had been there before. "Yes". Then she asked if I wanted the same service as before. "Yes, please". She asked the mileage and I hopped out of the car. I brought my dog with me so we could take a walk while the oil was being changed. I asked her how long we should walk before we came back. She said 20 minutes. So we headed out for a walk. I came back 25 minutes later and nobody was working. It was empty except for my truck. They said they didn't do anything because they couldn't find me in their system, and that I had never been there before. It's my neighborhood. I'm quite certain I've been there before. I had an excellent experience the first time. They said they look me up by my plate number. I had a plate change 6 months ago. So I was irritated that she couldn't find out who I was before sending me off for almost a half hour. Instead of getting bent, I asked if they could look me up by my name. "No". I asked if they could look me up by my phone number. "No". I realized I wasn't dealing with the employee of the month here so I requested my keys and left. Incompetence sucks. But completely wasting people's valuable time because you're just not that into your job is the worst. Lazy! PS, after my first visit, I wrote a 5-star google review as I received prompt, professional service from someone dressed professionally, not looking like he rolled out of bed and put a dirty t-shirt on. And the gentleman on the first visit brought me inside. Looked me up, got all of my data including actual miles, and recommended services. He then let me know what to expect as a wait time. Not sure if franchises/chains do their best work in the first 6 months, then hire the cheapest help they can find. But the two visits could not have been more opposite. This grease monkey is fantastic. The staff are always running around doing services as fast as possible! Every time I come here I ask How long and they are always done before they said they would be! Sometimes even by 10-15 minutes. They also take advantage of the line up of cars by doing what they can, such as tires, out there so that when they pull your car in they have less time in the actual bay. I appreciate the work ethic of the individuals that are at this Grease Monkey working hard. You don't see that often in the service industry anymore. read more

My wife took her car in for service, the manager, Caesar was disrespectful. She left, called me, I came over to talk with Caesar to understand what had happen. At first the employees told me Caesar wasn't in (he was, my wife had just left). Caesar appeared and told me that he said nothing to my wife and then all the employees came around and half-circled me. They told me I should leave - not sure what was going to happen - just looking for a "sorry, it was a rough morning - I am sorry about that". Nope, nothing. Too many businesses care about how they are perceived in our community. Caesar and this Grease Monkey do not - in my humble opinion. Terrible experience! There is a sign clearly posted advising customers to use the north entrance for the car wash. I followed the directions, but there was an employee (Sean) who pulled a truck to the back entrance and got out of the vehicle, blocking my path to utilize the car wash. I rolled down my window to ask Sean if he would please move the truck so that I could get through. He literally told me NO. I asked if I was expected to back up and Sean shrugged his shoulders. I was shocked and told my kids in the car with me that we would wait two minutes before I went in to the building. A customer came out right at 2 minutes, sat in his vehicle for a bit, and then finally drove off. Keep in mind, this is the back of the building where customers should not be retrieving their vehicles when there is plenty of parking in the front that would not have had this impact on my customer experience. So, I asked an employee if I could talk to the manager. She said the owner was off, but would get the manager in charge. Then she came back and asked what my issue was because the manager didn't want to talk to me. I did tell her what happened and then asked her to please get the manager. Well, guess who walked out? SEAN. I told him that he was extremely rude and he said "SO" and shrugged his shoulders. I asked for the owner's contact information. Sean disappeared for at least 5 minutes and sent the girl out with a handwritten number and said he couldn't find a business card for "Kevin, the owner." I have called Kevin 5 times and left messages. He will not return my call. I am extremely disappointed that Kevin doesn't seem interested in hearing about an experience at his shop as a business owner. I am a regular car wash customer (from my understanding, car washes account for quite a bit of revenue) and we have had oil changes at this location. I will move my business to one of Kevin's competitors in the area and support them instead. I have lived in this community for over 14 years and I believe my business should be valued.
