The location was great- less than five minutes off the highway and beautifully located. The building we were training in wasn't heated so that was a bummer on colder days. The space was large enough to accommodate the number of dogs in class. She offered classes that grew with your puppy which was also nice. The classes were moderately priced and affordable for what is available in the area.

After our local training place closed we were looking for other options and committed to positive reinforcement training. Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up.
