We are contacting them today to ask to speak the owner. The first groomer did a great job, trimmed and cut her perfectly. My boyfriend took her in yesterday, 5/30/25, asked for the same cut as the first time but to trim the pants a little shorter and the sani area shorter. My dog came back fully clipped/shaved extremely short which is unacceptable for a double coat dog; I would be astounded if this "groomer" actually completed any grooming courses. I am now concerned with the health of my dog as the weather heats up due to losing the natural protective factors of her previous coat to prevent overheating. The "groomer" also wasn't able to trim her nails and cited that my dog couldn't handle it; I've never had a groomer fail to trim her nails. Lastly, she came back with a razor burn-like mark on her under belly, the "groomer" said this was there before which I do not believe. This "groomer" should not be allowed to groom again until completing additional courses and training. I don't recommend this place for grooming.

He actually read Sofi's chart before coming in! He evaluated her WHOLE picture instead of just telling me that her liver is enlarged and only has 3 months to live as a prior Vet had said. Rachel has been involved with the care/walking of my mother in…read morelaw's dog for about a year, as my MIL's health has failed and she was not able to walk her dog, to stay on top of his care. Rachel and staff are ALL dedicated to on point care for the dogs she/they service. Care can range from daily walks, miles long hikes, taking Freddie for a long visit when my MIL needs a break from his care, as well as taking him into her home (board) when she goes away for trips. Rachel goes the extra mile for my MIL, in that she comes every morning to walk Freddie, her staff comes by in the evening to walk him again. She also does extra services that my MIL needs, going above and beyond. When my MIL started getting sick, Rachel was a neighbor that she didn't know, who stepped up to help me with the challenges we faced in making sure she was okay and Freddie was being taken care of as well, dedicating her time without pay even. Rachel brings her food in the morning when she picks Freddie up, so that she knows MIL is eating, make sure she is taking her meds, as well as even just being someone to talk and converse with, as my MIL is homebound at this point. My MIL is at the point where she needs round the clock care (CNA) but she still demands that Rachel is the one to take care of Freddie, she doesn't trust anyone else to give him the love and care that she does. Rachel is a true dog lover, but her business isn't just about the dog care, but the care and dedication she shows to clients/families that she interacts with. I have had to call Rachel during emergencies with my MIL specifically and she will always show up, when needed. She isn't just an amazing dog lover/business owner, etc but truly a ROCK STAR and I appreciate everything she has done for us!

On several occasions, I have personally witnessed handlers yelling aggressively at dogs, jerking them harshly by the leash, and even striking animals during walks. As someone who cares deeply about animal welfare, I found the behavior extremely upsetting and inappropriate for anyone trusted with the care of pets. I would strongly encourage pet owners to use caution and thoroughly research caregivers before entrusting their animals to this company. Animals deserve patience, kindness, and humane treatment -- not intimidation or physical aggression.

My cat is very afraid all of…read morethe time and I was afraid of him sitting in a cage all day just shaking from hearing barking from dogs being boarded. They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. They all just like looking at one another. Thanks again Nancy. As soon as I know we are going away, I will call you!
